  1. Referee 2 Saints 1
  2. So losing £600,000 would be catastrophic for them? Massive club.
  3. If you have a post to spare, what are your thoughts on "could of"?
  4. That's a bit long though. It needs an acronym.
  5. They should at least be honest and rename it the Financially Unfair Club Killer.
  6. Any news on Long?
  7. Either that or to pieces.
  8. Seems fair. We handed them an easy win late last season with a generous declaration, so maybe they can return the favour. Unfortunately, again we'll probably lose instead of drawing.
  9. I'm going to start predicting when 37 games are gone. BTW, I'm surprised some are tipping WBA for the drop. One of the fundamental laws of the universe is that Pulis never gets relegated.
  10. And he duly does, with a useful 60. Still pissed off about Wheater. If we lose by a few runs, his exclusion could've made the difference.
  11. Maybe his arm was caught in the transfer window as it slammed shut?
  12. Bloody ridiculous.
  13. I'm a day behind. Since you're ahead of us please let us know as soon as he's signed. Cheers.
  14. Martin Tyler droning on, reading from a prepared script of historical facts about various players, attempting to sound knowledgable, but in reality being a google-bore and ignoring the action on the pitch half the time. Sometimes he has to interrupt himself to mention, in a half-asleep voice, that the ball is in the back of the net.
  15. Let's hope it's never upgraded to level 3.
  16. Surrey too (even though now currently third). They've played one more, and we still have to play them. Win that and their 26 point lead gets cut to 10 or less, with still a game in hand.
  17. Good news, Hants win. Bad news, so did Surrey. Unbelievably, Surrey have moved up to second (albeit having played a couple of matches more than some others). Notts surely doomed. But it will take some great results to catch a team above.
  18. In tears?

    Dubai

Dubai: In October the average temperature is 36 °C (97 °F), with very high heat and humidity. The average sea temperature around Dubai Airport in October is 30 °C (86 °F). Well, at least you can cool off in the jacuzzi.
  20. Wow, lots of level 4 trolling on this thread.
