I think we can safely assume that the last thing both managers want is a replay. To avoid a draw, how could they agree to avoid one? Maybe a gentleman's agreement that if one side is winning with 5 minutes left, the losing team agrees not to score in the remaining minutes? Or, if it's tied with 5 minutes left, one prearranged team (e.g. the one losing the toss) "accidentally" scores an own goal or concedes a penalty? All hypothetically of course. Although if this was played in Germany a real possibility.
