Mate I’m a big fat failure with this. I lasted less than 2 freaking weeks… The trouble is I like the taste and feeling, but like you I feel so much better when I don’t. My productivity goes through the roof when I don’t and have detoxed my liver. Clear head, better memory and a lot more patience. And needless to say training is infinitely easier when I’ve knocked it on the h ad for a few days. I really want to but it might be hard in the winter

One of the Hamas leaders was interviewed on al jazeera recently and when pushed by the interviewer, actually admitted that they want all Jews killed and Isreal eradicated. He started off by saying it’s only the “settlers” he wanted removed, but by the end of the interview admitted that anyone in Israel that wasn’t a muslim was a settler Possibly for the first time ever, I agree with @Lighthouse
