I'd like to see you type posts using a French keyboard, suffering chronic neuropathy in my fingers, not to mention poor eyesight due to cataracts, without the occasional error. Why not have a go at the lazy s*ds who use JRod because they can't spell Rodiguez. And by the way smart ar*e Rodriguez early origins Spelling variations of this name which originated from the German Hrodizc, From the 5th -8th century the German Visigoth tribe ruled Spain where the name is nowadays found. Variations include Rodiguez, Rodriquez, Rhodiguez, Rhodiquez,Rodriz,Rodriquiz, Rodriguiz, Rodrigo, Roderiz,Ruderiz, Roiz and many more.

I believe Nigel's sacking will one day come to haunt us as he's going to be one of the top English managers. We wrote off a player, Kevin Davis 10 years ago, but he's given Bolton 10 marvelous years of service. People learn, get on top of their weaknesses. I can't see Pochettino ever doing this at our club.

Nice one on Twitter Tom Huddlestone @TomHuddlestone6 1h Bale Bale Bale!! Tough game, Southampton got their game plan spot on, restricted our chances. But at this stage got to win by any means Retweeted by Premier League -

I thoroughly agree that we played well., especially in the absence of Morgan and Yoshida. I really thought we would win but Pochettino failed to changed things fast enough to take advantage of Spurs being half asleep. By the time he did it was far too late.

Is this the conclusion you come to based on studying psychology or turning to over-educated arrogance from a privileged upbringing? 5 years ago I really took in your pronouncements, but can't believe the direction you're heading. That statement was appalling coming from you Charlie

Pochettino spouted a lot of big mouth things as GlasgowSaint said and everyone put on their pink colored specs and were blinded and taken in. The Pied Piper of Buenes Aires play his tune and all the innocent children follow -

He was on for 12 minutes when Spurs were on fire and the lads had run out of steam. Added to that he hadn't slept for 24 hours as he attended the birth of his daughter this morning. -
It's not just Ricky, but Rodriquez too. They are being instructed wrongly and don't get the service they did earlier. Very worrying. Has all the playing for England gone to their heads or is Adam's style of running everywhere, taking everything on, interfering with their natural play?

I cannot see the players achieving much next season under the kind of pressure Pochettino has put them thru. Initial good results sees us unable to win games, score goals. Thia isn't due to the increased training, pressure but to his team selection and wrongly timed substitutions. He seems not to know his best players now he's moving on from Nigel's selections. Sadly I don't see Pochettino as the one to take us to a new level.

What worries me is how former Saints players often return to haunt us. Can see Crouchie getting a hat-trick after doing nought all season. -

Lallana was the only Saints player those 2 w*nkers knew the name of. Many a time they said Lallana and it was another player. And by the way, due to my love of the club, I'll keep banging my drum when I see such a deranged travesty of Adam Lallana playing as Captain. He is incapable of the responsibility and would do more for the team without it leading him to play like a headless chicken. Compare him with Bale. Bale bided his time, using his head, whereas Lallana ran senselessly for 75 minutes and achieved nothing. -

André Villas-Boas is a true sportsman and a gentleman. Did everyone see how he remained behind and shock the hands or patted the backs of every Saints player? Never seen that ever after a game. -
André Villas-Boas rates Southampton youth set-up as good as Barcelona

If Puncheon had been on in the first half instead of that waster Lallana, we'd have taken advantage of Spurs and scored goals when they were half asleep. It's tragic Pochettino keeps picking Lallana to uninspire the team. Worse Saints Captain in my 64 years of supporting Saints. -
At f*cking last. But too late.
-
Ricky used to take corners when we needed a goal and did really well and got them to a Saints player.
-
Lallana, not one decent free kick or corner. Davis did okay last week.
-
It's Puncheon we need to produce the finally delivery to our Strikers. He's the missing link and he remains on the bench.
-
I have supported one team for 64 years from the old Division 3 right up to the old 1st Division, the Premiership. the relegation. the rise back up to the Premier League. That team is Southampton Football Club. I never have said at any time that we are sh*te. It's folk like yourself, who show no respect for fellow supporters or have the courage to discuss or listen to opinions that are sh*te.
-
Villa now level on points with us. Amazing achievement.
-
Yes, playing relly well until Lallana screws everything up. Puncheon would have been a better choice than headless chicken man.
-
Another game where Puncheon should be on there to take advantage of Clyne's runs down the right wing and exploit Spurs lack of cover.

I live in Montpellier and have been listening to Girard talking over the past week on local radio of his future plans. Girard is training orientated and works with young players. He has a keen eye for spotting players who will progress and his past experience as well as developing Montpellier shows his ability to do this. He's been sold down the river by his Chairman, who continues to sell of players to the detriment of the team building. Southampton would be an ideal club for Girard due to their ambition and financial weight and wanting to develop players and hold on to them rather that sell them to make money.
