All I can see in these reports is that NC currently has final approval on all major decisions, and that the trust wish to end that arrangement. I suppose it could be an oblique way of putting the club up for sale, but it doesn't read like that to me at all.

What the lawyer spouting off in the Guardian seems not to get is that there is a world of difference between two kids of around the same age to experiment with something they quite possibly know very little about, and an older person exploiting them sexually. Lowering the age of consent in order to protect old men who abuse young children is an appalling suggestion.

I said years ago that you could hear when Hoon was being economical with the truth because he adopts a weird monotone, but when he's on safe ground he sounds like a different person speaking. Its a really interesting listen, and lasts exactly 45 minutes........ :suspicious:
