  1. I pity poor Ronnie O'Sullivan, forced to play snooker just for the money. Even if they didn't pay me, I'd still do my job at Dynorod just for the pleasure of flushing out those drains.
  2. "Haaaahahahaaaaa....hahaha......oh, whats happening now???...haaaaaahahahahahaaaa....heeeehehaaaahahaaaa...." "For the last time, will you stop laughing and enter a plea, Mr Hall"
  3. Dun Fillin
  4. ...and Alcaraz. Not going to help them.
  5. Haven't Wigan lost one of their key players as well, for a red in their last game? edit; I was thinking of Figueroa, who looks to be out injured for the remainder.
  6. Was the ceremony up north or down here? I doubt that turks would have bothered with the long trip to saafampton just for this...
  7. I ought to have known something about it, given that one of my closest friends was one of the team looking after him at the Maypole. She just mentioned he was staying there and had an advanced form of dementia, but didn't elaborate.
  8. Will never forget that equaliser in the ZDS, that was my first trip to Wembley. RIP, and what a dreadful way to go. I never heard of Picks disease until today.
  9. ....plus a utility defender who can cover LB.....
  10. Are you questioning our imminent CL status, smirker??
  11. No Sessegnon against us then? Could be helpful. That said, we will be without Foxy and Gaston......
  12. ...and a massive downer when they lose it. Cant see citeh not putting that one to bed.
  13. Look at Wigan's fixtures. I reckon them to draw or lose at West Brom, draw v Swansea, lose at Citeh and Arsenal, then beat Villa. Do you really see them taking much more than that from their remaining games?
  14. Both our reds were nailed on, dont see what else he could have done. The comments above about Long though, I tend to agree with. He reminds me a lot of that ratboy who always, always scored against us after niggling all game with fouls that were just this side of a yellow, the Villa striker, what the hell his name was eludes me. Still no complaints about todays reds though.
  15. Just had a look at his website. I only clicked on it twice, now its gone down.
  16. You've got one post left, care to repeat it again?
  17. A hospital ball was going on in his head. Our passing has been poor today, and the pass he was going for was begging for that to happen.
  18. Why did the chicken cross the M62? To get to the hen party.
  19. All this stuff about "targets" and "aims"......ffs, its so meaningless unless you put it into some sort of context. If the club are genuinely "targetting" a CL spot next season, that implies theres a financial plan to achieve that. Which means a large transfer budget and possibly stadium expansion. If MP is just saying that he hopes we might nick a CL spot, (which is how I read it,) well, dont we all? I would hope to be the highest earning person in my trade this year. I wont be, but if I was targetting that, I would have to move to London, spend a fortune on high-quality stock and showroom space, take on the best and most expensive employees, fund it all with borrowed capital, then hope it worked. But here I am, stuck in Nursling driving a 1996 honda civic
  20. Dont forget these shameful incidents, either......
  21. Futile argument. If somebody got into their car plssed as a rat then drove to London and back without injuring anyone, would that be ok? Is the end result really the only thing of importance you can see in this?? He bit somebody, ffs. That really could not have been accidental.
  22. I meant that it was a deliberate act of assault, outside of what you might expect in the course of play. A bad tackle's a bad tackle, but it could be interpreted as being in the course of play. Biting another player, or walking up behind them and flooring them with a right hook is outside the course of play. And your idea of 5 games suspended for Suarez falls down flatter than Cockerill when you take into account that he's done it before. Why didn't he get a suspended as well as the ban previously? Everyone at the FA seems to be bleating about "making sure it doesn't happen again", well its already happened again hasn't it? He's done it twice, why would anyone believe he wont do it again?
  23. What did you make of the Paul Davies/Glenn Cockerill "incident", then? Disproportionate punishment, heat of the moment, nothing to worry about?
  24. Why are you so concerned with suarez's welfare and psychological needs? He wasn't the one who got bitten.
  25. This has been beyond my comprehension for years, and yet the media still use the vicious c*nt, imo he should have been put down in the interests of the human gene-pool, he's a really nasty piece of work.
