  1. ....you're getting warm....he is a fan of Only fools and horses. I really wouldnt waste any more time on trying to interpret turks username. Its a pointless exercise. I have no idea why you refer to yourself as "pap" tbh, so what? Its your privilege.
  2. Thats a point right there. Am I the only person that read the build up thread when we played them at St Marys and saw a link to the whu fansite? There was a fan saying "they play some nice tippy tappy football but they wont be able to cope with big sams hoofball". For some reason, I found that profoundly depressing, maybe because w ham always used to be renowned for their attractive playing style for as long as I can remember. Cant believe their fans would be thinking that, much less saying it.
  3. .....on second thoughts, stfu scotty. Thats too much of an open goal, even for me.....
  4. You can laugh all you want turks, but I reckon we could get a decent rally going there. And then invade portsmouth. Who's with me?
  5. That said, I'm usually described as "wiry". At least, thats what Tadanari Lee called me. (I await my infraction......)
  6. Maybe he's like me, 10 stone nothing and sh*t at fighting. Just a thought.
  7. Well what did he post then? Feel free to pm if its not suitable for general consumption.
  8. Can of worms: opened. Out of interest, what did bartosz bialkowski do to get himself banned? Cant have been anything on this thread, surely?
  9. Poyets keeping quiet alright, but more likely because he's sniffing after the spurs job. imho, of course.
  10. The sun has had its day anyway, just like the notw. Doesnt make any money worth a fart for the shrivelled oriental-sh*gger in the context of his other media cash cows. He'll probably be glad to see the back of it.
  11. .....(waits for dalek to show up and assert that we will finish 17th....)
  12. A mate from manchester was in a thai resort and did exactly that, took a gorgeous girl back to his hotel and discovered "she" was packing meat and two veg instead of lettuce. I was a bit horrified when he told me, and said well what did you do then? "flipped her over and did her up the gary". I said "wtf do you mean, her???" He said "well it was too late by then to be picky" hahahaaa. When I suggested he could of just w*nked over its tits or something he was genuinely shocked, and replied that he'd paid for a f*ck and thats what he was going to get
  13. Are you absolutely sure? I dont think they would refer to it as a "parking charge notice". Could it be a private company claiming to represent them?
  14. Rule 1: Never ask about Rule 1.
  15. alright turkish? just occurred to me, did Dr Who say sweetshops or sweatshops in his op? If its the latter he might be on to something after all.
  16. My thruppence worth; Turks has a valid point about being happy to have a job at all in the current economic shltstorm. That is undeniable, I know so many people out of work and applying for hundreds of jobs that have thousands of applicants, it is a pretty horrible experience. My mrs lost her job after 20 years as a nurse, you would think theres plenty of call for that given the state of the NHS but every post she looks at has a queue of others in the same boat. I happen to be self-employed, I've been in my trade for thirty-two years now and I have never known it as bad as this. The other thing I would advise against is the catering trade/sweetshops/kids playgroups. In the boom times, any of these would be hard to turn a profit on, but at the moment?.... forget it. Just take a look down any high street at the restaurants and takeaways, they are going down like ninepins. My sister in law ran a restaurant/deli in the marlands, back in the day when the place was doing really well, even then it was hard to turn a profit, but nowadays its near impossible unless you already have a massive outfit like wetherspoons with infrastructure and enormous bulk-buying power. As for sweetshops and playgroups, well hardly anyone with a family can afford to use them nowadays, and if they can they have a choice of desperate suppliers about to go out of business vying for their custom. Romsey used to be chock full of quirky little shops like that ten years ago, if you really want to depress yourself just spend a day there and see what its like now. By all means learn a trade, or look into the pros and cons of starting a business. But whatever else you do, ffs dont stake everything on a change of career into the private sector. This is absolutely the perfect time not to do it.
  17. My brother in law got done for having a spare key to his wifes car on his keyring. He hadnt been driving and wasnt going to, she'd been the driver all that night, but the coppers saw that he had clearly had a few, and searched him. Spare key in his pocket: bingo. He got a 7 day ban and the minimum fine the judge could impose, (the judge wasnt impressed with the police case,) but a D + D record and all the insurance hassle that goes with it. He was in the passenger seat btw, and she was behind the wheel.
  18. Given abramovich's track record with managers and the fact that Capello's probably quite settled here by now, its not beyond the realms of possibility.
  19. Im doing a job for Suggs on sunday, hes playing the nuffield. How mental is that
  20. Interesting. Lets leave it at that.
  21. For most of my life its been hard to watch the saints while sober tbh.
  22. I never heard of that one. When I saw "sex club in new forest" I assumed they meant swingers corner in cadnam. Put it about a bit round there dont they
  23. Following Capellos resignation, Sky Sports asked Redknapp if he's interested in the euros. He said "Certainly. Stick them in a brown envelope and keep quiet about it"
  24. Not if the 5-year plan doesnt work and NC pulls the plug!!!! COYS and well said Danny!!!!!!:D:D
