  1. Should we have a second "Chelsea build-up" thread
  2. Not sure about this. The title is (probably) beyond them but they will go all out for 3rd place which is the last place to go straight into the group stage of the CL. The result against QPR tonight makes it more so.
  3. So does mine. If you phone the ticket office they can see your correct ticket history. it's no more expensive to buy from them.
  4. Lets enjoy our time out of the relegation zone and not get to wound up by other clubs. We live in interesting times and will always do so.
  5. Whatever division Saints are in! We all want to win so the obvious manifestation of this is playing in the PL but did enjoy our time in the lower leagues (and would again).
  6. What a sad little man you are.
  7. For lots of Surrey residents Chelsea is their nearest team.
  8. One of life's rich ironies
  9. We should stick with Gazza. He should eventually be our undisputed 1st choice keeper.........in the Championship!
  10. Unless we have about 30 players of EPL standard we'll end up doing a Birmingham or Newcastle Even the big boys find european games have an affect on domestic games. Be careful for what you wish!!!
  11. I think he deserves a chance. It may be the making of him (It was for Bart)
  12. I blame the children!
  13. No trains.
  14. Southampton boy Benny Hill.......just because!
  15. Does anyone know of anywhere on the Island that's showing all games?
  16. To extend would cost several thousand pounds per seat To service this loan we need crowds in excess of 32,500 for most matches. We would also need to be in the EPL for most years of the loan. Don't think I would invest in such a business proposition!!!
  17. The Ticket Office is however, currently liaising with the Hammers to try and obtain additional tickets for away supporters Am I missing something? We are entitled to 3000 minimum. Why all this nonsense. Just get the tickets! Are they the same sort of person (on an ITV quiz show) who, after a long pregnant pause, doesn't tell us the answer until after the adverts!
  18. Being at the match I think that if we can tighten up our defence then getting at least one point at home to the likes of Everton is possible.
  19. Not certain which of the 2 categories Nathan Dyer fits into. He could be amazing at times even though he looked about 12 Wonder if he'd still be playing with us if it wasn't for that "incident" at Portsmouth with BWP Views?
  20. Arrived slightly late by car and after driving around ended up parking about a mile away. Eventually got to the ground about 7 minutes before half time. Crap game so, luckily, I didn't miss much. The pitch looked like the Somme and we were unable to break down the opposition. It fact they could have won with a lucky break.
  21. Totally agree. I support Saints and England but the Derby match hurt much more. OK, I was at Pride Park but not in the Ukraine!
  22. ....and all life is wiped out apart from cockroaches and Keith Richards
  23. Whatever issues we may have about Cortese he is infinitely better than Briatore Didn't he arrange for a crash in F1 because it suited his stategy? With that pillock Paladini in the film it seemed like a Scorsese movie. I was expecting DeNiro to come round the corner saying "You talkin' to me" P.S Where's Flyer when you need him?
  24. Unlike yourself I was standing there. If you're autistic or a sociopath you may not realise the problem but anyone with any degree of empathy for others would have been fully aware. I suppose the crowd of yobs could have been anyone but I had seen several of them before from around Block 41. I despair of people who choose to condone or justify loutish behavior.
