I do agree, it will awful if 2 academy teams get to the final. However, I think the point raised above is a good one in that at least the smaller teams can play at least one game against a bigger team where attendances will be bolstered. It's only really the area final when the crowds pick up.

It sounds like the Polkey argument may apply here as it could be argued that the wording was incorrect for the decision which would have been inevitable. I'm afraid, as you say, the only advice is to get a good employment lawyer as there is no doubt you have been unfairly dismissed but they will certainly up the compensation... I'm assuming you have over 2 years service and have argued that no discrimination has taken place thus far? And also that you received the correct redundancy and notice pay.

Thought it was fantastic again. It was good last year but running through St Mary's was a welcome amendment. I've done a few half's now, Southampton is the best I've done by a long way. My time was 2.03...

We do have some strange fans who cannot wait until we lose, very odd considering the season we are having. Yes I'm disappointed to lose but sometimes the team doesn't click, especially with 3 difficult games in a week.
