I don't see what the outrage against the court here is. Isn't sentencing just suspended because the defendant was ****ed? What's the problem? (Except for the defendants infuriating behaviour)

Agree about Milan, somehow you feel like you're just on the sidelines there not really experiencing the city. Florence I like as well, its a beautiful city and even though its touristy it has kept its charm. Rome on the other hand I hate with a passion. Its such a shame there so many nice buildings in such a disorganized hell-hole. Berlin is nice but better in November/December when there's Xmas stuff. Barcelona is nice too but you have to be lucky with the weather (or at least not unlucky). I was there for a week a few years ago and it rained the whole time. Not a very nice holiday.

So we'll be in League One with Norwich, Charlton and Leeds. Its like being back in the Premier League....

I'm writing my master thesis on the democratic deficit within the EU. Its coming along nicely and I should be done in time (31st of May). Quite an interesting subject and I can recommend it to anyone studying political science or something similar.

Ponty, just to change the subject slightly. In the summer van der Garde, a young Dutch driver, did a few tests for Renault because he won some series. Do you know how he did and if there's perhaps a chance he might get more tests next summer (and perhaps a testing seat)?

Saeijs' club Roda JC managed to beat Feyenoord today and avoid direct relegation. They'll know have to keep themselves up through a series of playoffs. Fingers crossed they don't succeed.

Btw, talking about Dutch defenders that played for Saints. Van Gobbel has returned to Holland and is becoming a coach at Feyenoord.

We should all be rooting for Feyenoord this Sunday, if they beat Roda JC it will send them down which would make a transfer for Saeijs a lot more likely.
