And because the Swedish government will guarantee the loan from the EIB that Koenigsegg need to buy Saab.

Just shows how stupid they are at Chelsea, he always had promise and they should have just loaned him out for a season. Now they had to buy Bosingwa who is a decent player but cost a ****load of money.

To be fair, Poortvliet played in a World Cup final and he has won the UEFA Cup.

I'll bump this thread. I'm looking to buy a new TV, nothing to big (only a 32) with a budget of at most 7000 krones (556 pounds). Any suggestions?

Wotte in the running for a job in Egypt
Saint Martini replied to Saint Martini's topic in The Saints
There's also a quote from Wotte himself saying he won't move until he has clarity from the eventual new owners. -
http://www.sportwereld.nl/voetbal/eredivisie/3286382/Wotte_en_Van_Stee_vechten_om_Ismaily.html As it says in the title. He's one of the final two candidates.

Maybe your sense of smell is better? -
Since he's being sold I guess the topic does belong in this sub-forum.

sweden v.malta
Saint Martini replied to david in sweden's topic in Overseas Saints / Supporters Groups
Lagerbäck is an idiot. How the hell are you going to get a monster score against a team like Malta when you play two central midfielders, Victor and Rasmus Elm, as wingers? They both did an ok job in the second half and especially Rasmus had some nice passes but unless you got Dani Alves and Roberto Carlos on the wingback positions a formation like that is just not going to work. That said, Svensson played absolutely brilliant. Dictated the midfield and was the starting point for every Sweden attack. I still don't get why he never got a chance in a position like that for Southampton (something like the role Murphy has for Fulham). I guess most British coahes are just to scared to try something like that. -
If Torres and Gerrard stay fit for a whole season they already have those players. This will hurt Manu, who are they going to buy for 80 million (if they can even spend this and don't have to use it to pay of Glazers debts). Ronaldo was the difference in a lot of tight matches and I expects Manu to lose a lot of those next year. I wonder what kind of money you can get for an Arsenal title atm.

Ah well, at least we're already qualified for the WC football.

Bye bye Holland.
-
151 the target for the Netherlands if they want to go to the super8's, to win the match they need 176. Fingers crossed!
-
115-3 after 15 overs, not too shabby for a bunch of amateurs.
-
Now lets see if Holland can take first place in the group.

The link works for me. Concerning **** Last, he's still there. He was supposed to be their technical manager this year but because one of their goallies got injured late in the pre-season he decided to put his boots on again.

At Örgryte IS. http://www.fotbollsexpressen.se/Internationell%2Bfotboll/1.1600055/han-ar-orgrytes-stora-hopp He's on a trial there with the possibility of signing for the rest of the season.

Indeed, especially since lastnames in Holland are sorted without taking the "van" in to account. Van Gobbel would be found under the G in the phonebook.

Hmmmm, I wonder if he posts here. Btw, Gefle is not doing to badly in the Allsvenskan. Its a shame they lost their last match before the seasonbreak, otherwise they would have been in fourth spot!
