Moved to Gloucester when I was 5 and then moved to Cape Town in 1964. BBc world service kept me up to date and my Nan used to send me The Pink every week, took 7 days to get there! Came back to Soton on my 18 birthday and went to every home game in the 70/71 and 71/72 season. Back to Africa in 72. Saints won Cup on my 24th birthday best present ever! Came back to UK end of 76 but didnt live in Soton. Back to Africa in 83. Back to uk in 95 and lived in Brum. Many visits to Dell and the wonders of Le Tiss. Now live in Corby. Dream is to live in Soton and have season ticket.

And don't forget without results like last night we would not see any posts from Alpine and how sad would that be!!!

I have had freesat for a while. The HD channels bbc, itv1 and channel 4 are good quality. if you connect ethernert cable you can get BBC iplayer. all in all very happy with it.

Well Alpine I am beginning to understand you a bit more. Bringing back the death penalty would take us backward as a Human race. The law means justice not revenge. We cannot have the right to sentence a person, no matter what the crime, to death otherwise we are no better than them. There is no irrefutable truth that the death penalty is a deterrent. We must Try and progress as a human race. There has to be rules otherwise there is anarchy but the rules must be just for everyone. And before you label me a left wing softie I abhorr all forms of violence and believe that perpertrators must be punished.
