For those just leaving, Google maps is saying under an hour if you head straight down M27, A31, A338

2 1/2 hours is rather exaggerated !! I do this route every day & takes me less than 1 hour 20 from Warsash (42 miles) Just use Goggle maps to get the best route tonight. Turning left just past Burley services; & then down to Avon Causeway or thru back streets thru Ringwood may be the best way but it deffo wont take you 2 1/2 hours (unless there's an accident)
