I don't think it is too late for a change. A few wins & things will look a lot for rosy BUT will ain't getting any kind of win under this current incumbent! Silva has proved he makes an impact when joining a new team - who cares if he b*ggers off at the end of the season - Premiership survival is all that matters at this stage!!

You only have to look at the players on the bench to realise the clown has not got a clue!!
