  1. They're selling off the own-brand 2014/15 shirts already, may be that means the new shirt will get an early announcement this year instead of having to wait until mid-July...
  2. I'm sure every semi-decent team in Europe wants him, another non-story by the telegraph.
  3. I would've thought it may be something to do with Adidas' MLS deal is with the league overrall, not individual teams as in Europe, therefore they have to offer bespoke kits, fanwear, leisurewear etc. for every team as part of their contract...I may be wrong though.
  4. The people at large don't seem to think it's a no-brainer, Noley, as M$ can't seem to flog any of them, they keep dropping the price more and more and people still aren't buying Bill Gates will be down Blackbushe market soon trying to sell 2 for a £1
  5. Despite our defence not correctly defending a set piece and Berahino scoring a fabulous half-volley it was of course Pellès fault.
  6.  :mcinnes:
  7. I was alive for 3 months of the 80s.
  8. Black, everything is black, Black.
  9. Who's Randy Orton?
  10. RIP, Live Long and Prosper.
  11. Pay £47 for it, sell it for £37 on eBay, game has effectively cost you £10, it's a shame all the negativity surrounding it has put you off, I tend to ignore the Media and decide for myself whether a game is good or not, but I guess if you don't like TLOU (one of the greatest games of all time) then TO1886 may not be your cup of tea anyway. I love Skyrim and Destiny, but TLOU is a completely different game. Skyrim and Destiny are the Michael Bay blockbusters of this world, TLOU is a thought-provoking, deep, meaningful, emotional, Oscar film, if you don't like cinematic, emotional, meaningful, deep games and just want your games to be fun, frantic and full of action then TLOU won't be your cup of tea I guess, if you're early on in TLOU I'd urge you stick with it until the very end and you may change your mind.
  12. I didn't give an opinion for Sarnia to disagree or agree with, the point of my previous post wasn't to call Sarnia a troll, it was merely me thinking out loud attempting to analyse Sarnia's motives and thought processes when applied to this particular Mongboard, "The Man Behind the Keyboard" if you like.
  13. Maybe he'll sign a 50/50 match deal playing half his games for United, half for Chelsea? Well I see a thread started about a negative article in the Express about Clyne leaving, then skim through a few posts with people slitting their wrists essentially saying all our players are going to leave again in the Summer and that we're going to be in the sh!t again and I put two and two together....hardly rocket science. The article is a catalyst for people to speculate nonsense and get annoyed/angry about something that may never happen, it baffles me. If he goes it will be disappointing yes, if he stays and signs a new contract then brilliant, no point getting wound up about something that may not happen is the way I look at it, people unnecessarily creating their own misery.
  14. can't believe people on here are so naive, you can't believe a word the Express says. https://newsframes.wordpress.com/2013/01/24/curious-repeated-headlines/ Not even anything of substance in the article, just says United are interested, Clyne may want to go laughable story and absolutely 0 content to back up their click-bait headline that he's rejected a new contract. How can people on here be so gullible?!
  15. I just cannot get my head around Sarnia, don't know what his deal is. If he's just a troll then I guess he should be applauded for getting so many bites I guess, I've yet to work out whether he's American or Canadian yet, he lives in Canada but posts as if he's a Fox News watching god-loving, gun-toting American, or is this just his troll persona? Is he really just an innocent teenager that gets a kick out of winding up a bunch of elder mongboard enthusiasts? He (or possibly his troll persona) remind me quite a lot of Eric Cartman from South Park.
  16. And this is why I love Canadians.
  17. Did you finish it, Marco, or just play an hour or two? TLOU and Uncharted were also linear, cinematic story-driven experiences, they also contain multiple QTEs and a huge amount of cut-scenes which is where I drew the comparison from, admittedly maybe the cut-scenes and QTEs aren't so entwined in TLOU and Uncharted and those games a quite a lot longer, but that's the kind of game Ready at Dawn aimed to create, and noted TLOU as one of their inspirations to create The Order 1886. I enjoy watching serious, deep, meaningful Oscar films, absolutely detest cartoons coincidentally I didn't find the cut-scenes boring at all, I love a game with a decent story, TO1886 had one and I enjoyed it thoroughly so didn't find the cut-scenes boring whatsoever, quite the contrary actually, I found them incredibly compelling. The cover shooting sections are the games worst part in my mind but they're no worse than the cover-shooting mechanic in the Uncharted series to me, slightly brightened up by the Arc Cannon and Thermite Rifle in parts. The game is a tad too short but nothing like the 5 hours people are speculating, it took me 9 hours, as mentioned previously, if you pay £47 for it and sell it for £37 on ebay the game has effectively cost you £10, and that's fine by me. You complain about it being linear, but what did you expect? The game Ready at Dawn set out to create was a linear, cinematic, story-driven experience, if you were expecting Grand Theft Auto: Victorian London 1886 then its no wonder you found TO1886 linear It didn't resonate with you obviously, Marco, in the short time you spent with the game, but there are a lot of gamers that like a cinematic story driven game, that don't mind QTEs and cut-scenes one iota, if they're used to create a cohesive, believable, atmospheric, insidious world of intrigue and mystery then I'm fine with that. Also, anyone can find a negative article about TO1886, there's plenty out there! So here's a positive Video Review for everyone to peruse over: http://www.gametrailers.com/reviews/...r--1886-review
  18. Don't believe the negativity surrounding this, if you liked other cinematic story-driven games like Uncharted or The Last of Us you'll probably like this! Took me 9 and a half hours to finish it so no idea where the critics have got 5 from, I really don't. Not a bad game at all, give it a go for yourselves then flog it on eBay when you're done.
  19. Funny how pundits are still writing us off, and god knows why that bird put in that line about the Skate scarfs in/around St. Mary's, made no sense at all and has no relation to us or our upturn in fortunes in recent years, only explanation might be that she's a skate.
  20. Had a season ticket , League One is a better standard of Football than the MLS.
  21. Just paper talk, can't believe people take these stories so seriously
  22. I stayed in the Westin Times Square when I went to NYC in 2005, no idea what the prices are like now though.
