  1. Got a gut feeling Corky will turn down the Contract and move to West Brom.
  2. If it's the HDD that's the problem it should be easy enough opening it up and replacing it, Laptop HDD's aren't very expensive. PC Part Picker
  3. I'll be at the first race in Melbourne this year, can't wait. I like the look of the Force India, reminds me of the Hakkinen/Coultard era McLaren but with a tinge of orange. Seriously hope the McLaren is Red/White just like the glory days, would be incredible.
  4. That was my first Saints game, true story.
  5. Hooiveld, bloody good in the Championship, an absolute donkey in the PL.
  6. No one drinks Foster's in Australia
  7. Genius.
  8. I'll be in Australia for this, so hopefully be able to find a bar/pub showing it in the small hours out in Cairns.
  9. Most clubs' stadiums have separate entrances for home and away fans, and the away fans are sectioned off into a corner or a certain stand. At Loftus Road away fans are put at the top of a two-tiered stand, and the only way to get up there would be by going across the pitch and climbing up, or by trying to sneak into the away turnstiles (which are marshalled by loads of stewards etc. and you have to physically walk around half the stadium to get to it) so yeah, it's probably technically possible but it's not worth the hassle. Seeing as QPR have a small stadium holding only 18,000 people it'll probably be a sell out, but as long as you get in as soon as tickets go on general sale you should be ok I'd imagine.
  10. Yeah, I wouldn't recommend wearing a Saints shirt in the home end, if you do, make sure it's covered by a Jumper/Jacket/Cardigan or something so it can't be seen, you'll probably be alright at QPR because it's quite a family orientated club, but you never know, so I wouldn't take the risk of provoking the home fans' ire. Also worth mentioning not to celebrate if Saints score, you might be alright, but again, I wouldn't risk the possible abuse from the home fans if I was you, you'll all have to just cheer on the inside. It'll be impossible to get into the away section from the home end. Fans are segregated in the UK and usually there'll be a barrier of stewards/police inbetween the away section and home stands. You'll get your assigned seat number and you and your friends/family will have to stay in these seats in the home end, if you try to move you'll be told to sit down or ushered back to your seat, if you try to get into the away end you'll most likely get arrested as the Police/Stewards will take it as a provocation. No idea about pubs but there's a great American restaurant in SoHo called Bodean's that I regularly go to when travelling upto Loftus Road (Tube to Leicester Square/Piccadilly Circus then walk to the restaurant)
  11. I so hope that if Morgan goes, he goes abroad to PSG or Real Madrid/Athletico or somewhere.
  12. Steve Davis is an incredible player and one of the most underrated in the PL.
  13. It depends who City have after the Chelsea away game they've got coming up. We've got two tough but winnable games in the league (Swansea - H, QPR - A) if we win both of those and city lose their next two games we'll go second...I'd say it's likely they won't get anything at Chelsea but I've no idea who they've got in the game after that.

I think it stopped being funny a long time ago, it has kind of become an institution within Sky now I guess so they'll probably keep it going until Chamberlain is in her 80s or something.
  15. If we do get Top 4 it's going to probably be a bit like the L1 promotion season when all the teams below us kept winning so we had to do the same to stay 2nd. Only way to keep the teams below us at bay is to keep winning, if we win against Swansea a week after next and City lose up at Chelsea we'll be two points off them, no idea who City have the weekend after that but we've got QPR away...
  16. One of the worst pieces of punditry in recent years was Dwight Yorke on Saturday Night Football when he called St. Mary's "The Dell" and then was half corrected by Hayley McQueen saying "they call it St. Mary's now Dwight" Gary Neville is the only one I like, thought Henry was a bit dour today.
  17. Another magnificent win, bit lucky with both goals, and got lucky with the penalty not being given against us at the end but it evens itself out really, swear Everton away last season we had two like that that didn't get called either, and one up at Norwich, so evens itself out.
  18. Very small minority of Muslims are Extremists. They twist the words of the Qur'an to justify their own atrociously awful acts, Islam is a peaceful religion embraced by billions around the world. Muslims have nothing to apologise for, and the only way to live peacefully alongside them is to embrace Islam in Britain, in Canada, in the US and other Western nations so Muslims who live in these countries don't feel ostracised and bewildered about being a Muslim in their own country.
  19. Question of Sport is still going?! Does Sue Barker still present it?
  20. I think United going for Clyne is just paper talk, I can't understand why he'd go there either, got just as much chance of getting into the CL with us as with United.
  21. Schneiderlin will go in the Summer lets not kid ourselves.
  22. I swear in Newcastle V Sunderland, Sunderland played in their home strip, and that was on TV, makes no sense to me?
  23. "Why can't we play like Liverpool?! We take so long playing it up to the strikers" when battering someone 2/3/4-0 at home last season.
  24. It's called sarcasm m'dear. God knows what my sarcastic Ipswich prediction has to do with my flourishing lap dancing career though.
  25. Tough game, we beat them 4-0 at home...but Newcastle are so unpredictable you have no real idea what they're going to play like and what kind of a shift their players are going to put in, if I was a betting man I'd bet on a 1-1/2-2 draw personally, very winnable game yes, but Newcastle on their day can be very impressive, just depends which Newcastle turn up.
