I think this is absolutely ridiculous personally. Why sign him up to a new contract at the end of last season to then tell him 'you're no longer wanted' 1 week into the new season, it's absolutely ridiculous, baffling and extremely dissappointing. Severely ****ed off, thought Puncheon was one of our best players last year and contributed vital goals to the team overrall. Raging.

I hate it when they do this, the atmosphere is always sh!te when they open up Block 43 to Saints fans at the last minute. In all the games where the away team didn't bring their full allocation last season, and we subsequently opened up Block 43 to home fans we lost I think, apart from Reading (obviously)....not a good omen for Saturday.

Did last season's home game against Sunderland teach us nothing? We all got ahead of ourselves, said '3-0 easy' '5-0 should be a walk in the park' etc. and they beat us 1-0, don't underestimate Sunderland. They're a very good side, and have bought in alot of decent players this Summer. Can't see us winning this, draw at best.
