What NC was saying was common sense our League form has not been good and it needs to improve - whats wrong with that.

Although I do not want to buy him I would like to have him for another year in League 1 as I think we will need better strikers in the CCC

I will check the Waigo miss again but I thought he hesitated but your general point is very true we lack a true second out and out striker with an instinct for goal. Still dont really understand why Pardew did not get Saga playing Perhaps Barnard maybe that person but we will have to wait and see.

I dont think you realise that being a great shot stopper like Davis does not make you a great goalkeeper. He worries me when I am sitting in the Stands when he stays on his line instead of being decisive god knows what it does to our defenders on the pitch.

Not sure who would pay £4m but I too think he has improved since his arrival

Wish I understood what the plan was. I dont think it can be using Academy players because surely if we were expecting them to be squad players in the Premiership in three years time they would be getting a little experience in League 1 today. Getting out of League 1 is relatively easy and buying the players we have should get us promoted next season but after that I am not really sure what the plan is

I think if I was O'Hara I would want to play at Spurs or some other Premiership side rather than coming to League 1 Southampton. And that is our problem how to get CCC quality players to come to Southampton

Perhaps Pompey fans thought we were on the way out last season So dont gloat until the Fat Lady actually sings We are still in League 1 and as Dubai Phil has said in his very good post we have a long way to go yet

Dont really care whether NC is happy. The last two games have been great and after five years of despair things have improved greatly and we can hopefully look forward to good times next season and beating Torquay in the JPT again
