  1. That is the key question which no doubt the bidder has been wrestling with but paying the mortgage on the Stadium was a major reason why we are in administration
  2. If a company bought St Mary's and charged say £30K per game for up to 10000 spectators and more for over 10000 spectators surely that would be a reasonable approach
  3. The land cannot be used for housing I believe
  4. That is why leasing based on attendance is probably the best approach
  5. Yes so many questions which will probably not be answered today but some will post with a wide ranges of answers which may or may not be correct. However I am now confident SFC will be playing next season in League 1 DESPITE http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/4364179.Talks_held_up_again_in_twist_in_takeover/
  6. I would rather SFC leased the Stadium and invested in players. Than owning the stadium and not investing in players.
  7. No not me
  8. There are other shareholders beside Lowe and Wilde who will lose money
  9. But what does There is separate bid in to buy just stadium should any consortium want it Mean Are the bidders buying the Stadium and paying off the mortgage?
  10. Sounds good to me. Any idea wht Fry wants £9 million are his expenses very high What is the situation with the Stadium with regards the £8 million bid I wonder
  11. There are only going to be a few games at St Mary's
  12. Not quite what you said Ferrari announce they will quit Formula 1 at the end of the season if the sport continues with plans to enforce a £40m a budget cap from 2010.
  13. Looking Good Hampshire: 98-1 ( 22.0 overs ) Nottinghamshire: 202 ( 49.1 overs ) also Leicestershire 282/3 (50 ov) Worcestershire 82/2 (14.0 ov)
  14. I dont understand what your opinion is. Most people are saying let Fry get on with his job
  15. You have not answered the question Why does a manager need to know his way around the English Leagues. Redknapp and Burley did and failed as well as other countless managers
  16. Are you OK today as you dont seem to be as realistic as you usually are? We are in Administration which I agre is not good and therefore it is up to the administrator to do what he feels is best for the creditors with out a significant number of healthy bids it is not easy so I think we should let him get on with his job and hope for the best There is nothing we can do
  17. That is unlikely to happen the administrator is trying to get the best deal for the creditors
  18. Well that is his job to get the most money for the creditors it is not to save the football club
  19. I would imagine that Mr Fry knows how to be an administrator better than most of the ill informed people on this site. Idle speculation is not going to help Mr Fry get a better deal as it is up to the buyer to make a realistic bid.
  20. Ridiculous Post how on earth do you know what is going on Give the administrator a chance he cant sell the club if no one wants to buy it at a reasonable price
  21. Rupert Lowe is mentioned sometimes on here surely it is not him
  22. Since everbody including Uncle Tom Cobley has been mentioned although positive is hardly imformative
  23. I just want a reasonable team with a reasonable manager not too much to ask I would have thought.
