We dont seem to know much about the bidders or the other twenty eight or who showed an interset. I wonder who they were and why they did not bid.

I think they have passed that stage hopefully I just think it is now down to the wording of any contracts. Having been involved in selling major computer sysytems I know how long it can take to get the final contracts in a state acceptable to both parties.

I think you will find SFC is not different to other clubs in similar situation but the Stadium is probably the biggest problem to resolve

If there was little chance of the deal going through I think they may have stopped talks but as the process is continuing surely that is positive.

I dont think it unreasonable for Pinnacle to carefully look at the conract to give before giving £500000 non refundable they are probably looking for guarantees of what information has been provided so far by the administrators is correct.
