Unlike you I do not know everything regarding NC19 But the contents of most of his postings are sensible We were referred to earlier as a big club. Even with a hated chairman big club's can pull in an average crowd well over 17,000. We are a club that is as delusional about its status as many of its fans. 125 years next year and how many in the top flight? Somewhere between 35-40? I would suggest that 19NC is one of the more sensible posters on here he usually seems to post realistic stuff not hysterical tirades against Lowe. Of course you dont have to agree with him but some do. It is quite obvious to many people that Lowe is not totally to blame for our current situation at least he had the courage to try to help. It did not work but I dont think anybody could have saved as from administration in the current financial conditions after SFC bought in Saga Euell and John for huge wages in the misguided belief that if the club was successful the club would be bought. The whole strategy fron 2006 when Lowe left appeared to be that someone was going to invest heavily in the club and every thing would be OK It is not like that other ex Premiership clubs are not in a similar position But nobody will ever know and having board members from hell has not helped

It is not only the players wages it is also the other backroom staff and apprentices who need paying

I dont live in Soton these days so most people I know are not Saints supporters and are generally sympathetic to our plight. Including a Pompey one who thinks they will be in the same position soon as a number of their players are likely to be sold so relegation is a strong possibility for next season
