  1. I thought they were judged on league position and not on debt situation
  2. I thought you were going to tell I have been on and off the forum and have little clue SLH seems to be going in to Administration but not SFC what that means I dont know although there appear to be potential buyers But Lowe is still hated by lots of posters seems to be the one fact I am sure of
  3. I hope so but I have no idea who has bought it
  4. Not if we have agreed the plan with them in advance
  5. I think we are going to be alright we are due some luck the last five years have been awful
  6. The league are worried that lots of clubs are likely to go into Administration so they may look on us kindly
  7. The Echo contacted the Football League have the BBC?
  8. What meeting?
  9. I think the Southampton content is the Responsibility of our Local BBC not Central
  10. Newcastle is big news Again did not know about Darlington although I look at BBC News fifty times a day Everything is going to be OK McGoldrick to score five goals for us in April
  11. Much bigger news I would have thought If I supported another club I would be more interested in Newcastle than Southampton I did not even know before today that Derby went into Administration
  12. Yes spouting the obvious unfortunately
  13. Thanks for putting on these two threads I was getting confused with so many threads
  14. No not yet but probably SLH not the football club
  15. I dont think we are deep in the mire but it is only a guess based on this from the Echo Derby County provided the precedent which has seen Saints avoid a 10-point deduction for their parent company going into administration. Back in October 2003, when ex-Saints boss George Burley was in charge at Pride Park, the Rams' parent company Derby County PLC were taken into receivership by the Co-op bank with debts of around £30m. But Derby County Football Club, a seperate organisation under the umbrella of the Derby County PLC company, were not taken into administration and had no points deduction. Within minutes of Derby County Ltd going into receivership, a consortium took over from them and that company ceased to exist. So we may have new owners
  16. I usually agree with you but the word cancer is used widely these days in non health type issues
  17. The Echo says we are not getting any points deducted Is the club being sold to new owners? Are Wilde and Lowe involved anymore? What will happen to the Stadium? etc So many questions any real answers
  18. Things could be OK then?
  19. Yes I agree with that as I posted on another thread. Not because we became a PLC something I think we had to do but because of the Premiership and high wages paid to both players managers and executives
  20. All managers want better players that is true every where.
  21. Yes I agree Crouch comes way behind Wilde and Lowe in the Blame stakes and only gets in because he believed someone would pay millions to invest in SFC
  22. ECHO says that they have checked with the Football League and the club will not go into Administration
  23. Perhaps the Debts are with SLH and not Southampton FC limited
  24. There is no money in it for Lowe surely he will be off Not so certain about Wilde he is the Football Chairman not Lowe
  25. I blame my Mum and Dad for living in Southampton otherwise I would not care a toss but I do But being long in the tooth I am not as upset as the youngsters as we were in Div 3 South when I first started taking an Interest in the Saints and have seen some great Saints games
