Yes that is my point too
-
I dont disagree with having a contingency plan as of course it is a very good idea. But by mentioning it there is then the impression that a buy out may not happen thats all.
-
I probably agree with Alpine if things were going really well why mention a contingency plan.
-
As a matter of interest why? As I have no idea whether it is a good or bad idea to be a PLC There must be pros and cons I would have thought
-
Tom Scott does not appear to me as a person who lurks He told the Echo he was not involved with any plans to takeover the club. With connections to Richards and Askham I would have thought he would have invested before administration. He also has made his millions and with little interest in SFC why would he want to start now
-
Me too like it was before the Greedy Premier League was formed
-
What missing £40 Million
-
That is the best comment I have seen today.
-
Yes but he still has a few bob
-
Because he had some decent players perhaps?
-
Sorry misunderstood your original post Yes what you are saying is right but It never occurred to me anything was done underhandly in the financial arena
-
Yes but we were Ok in the Premiership from a financial point of view It is when you get relegated problems arise

John B replied to La BoIS Saint's topic in The Saints
To be honest I dont care anymore although SFC will carry on but it wont be the same. I thought big money would ruin eventually Football but I did not expect one of the first casualtys to be the Saints -
Are you saying Pompey fans are .ankers?
-
Seems rather strange doesn't it. But is there any truth in the rumour that somebody was going to buy the club prior to administration - seems slightly far fetched to me but could be true
-
It does not say he is going to sign for S****horpe but he may if he does not get a conract here
-
Not so sure about a fee "Likely this summer I will be a free agent despite still having a contract with Southampton." said Saganowski, who of course will not be able to play out the rest of his contract due to the club's financial problems. "Some offers have already come in, but I will wait until the summer to make my final decision." added the Polish international. Legia Warsaw sports director, Mirosław Trzeciak also welcomes a move to Legia for Saganowski with great enthusiasm. "He is a good player, he would be very helpful to us. I hope we can talk about this with Marek very soon."

Yes well done but it is a shame it is not a striker that is MOS. We might have won a few more games then
-
Gorman is free as he was sacked from Ipswich today
-
Depends who they buy surely but yes they may well finish in the top six.
-
Yes but they had financial clout and could buy virtually whoever they wanted. This post seems to be slightly contradictory compared to your one of backing the new manager which I fully agree with....
