Yes I agree over the last five years under various coaching regimes we have failed to respond and strung a number of good results together Apart from the playoff season where we nearly threw that away. Once the team get on the field some of them seem to be like headless chickens including Davis yesterday who seems to have lost confidence.

Wotte works with him everyday and obviously sees that with the right environment can flourish. Kevin Davies was released by us and is now one of the Premiership's top scorers. Just because a player is released by one club does not mean with the correct direction he will not flourish.
