  1. Lots of teams get relegated from the Premiership in fact three every season We are in the mess now because we spent too much on players fees and wages
  2. Lee Harvey Oswald had one contact the Dallas Police
  3. Well he did spend £8 million on players but in general I agree with your sentiments thats why I think he is a lot more culpable than Lowe. I also blame Crouch a little for believing Wilde's fantasies and backing him. I know fans wanted Lowe out but getting in Wilde has turned into a disaster
  4. Yes but at the time the Sky money was not as big as it is today But as you rightly know say it is only ifs and whats. The investment Wilde put in has really caused the problem because it did not bring success and we have to pay the wages of the players
  5. I know everybody says that but buying in players does not guarantee success. Where was the money to come from? We were investing in the Academy and if Bale Walcott Jones had not been sold we would have been in administration earlier WE have been trying to get investment for years Losing Strachan was the key because we were rudderless
  6. Yes again that was Wilde thinking something could be achieved when we were already stuffed. We needed to off load our high earners by selling them and not loaning them to reduce the overdraft
  7. Yes I totally agree but as most people hate Lowe he gets all the blame when I think lots should be heaped on Wilde and his fantasies. Even now fans think Investment fist spouted by Wilde will solve everything which of course it would in theory. But in practise it is very difficult to get in large investors because of the circumstances at SFC
  8. Obviously he was responsible for taking us down but not for causing the mess we are in today. But surely Wilde is the main culprit
  9. It is not Lowe who destroyed the club he tried to save it It was Michael Wilde and those players bought in on huge wages
  10. We failed because we could not raise any money from selling players bought in by the previous regimes and because of the high wages paid to them.

  12. No I agree with you I think we may have sold if we were in deep trouble especially Dyer. However I am not certain that there were potential buyers for any of the others thats all
  13. Maybe no one wanted to buy If you were a championship club who would you buy?
  14. Yes Ok but why would anybody leak them?
  15. Well what do you think is going to happen you usually have a strong opinion
  16. I tend to agree and still cannot understand why anyone would leak the story if it were true
  17. We are also not getting in money for next lot of season tickets but we could get money in for Dyer
  18. Why would anybody want to leak these details what are they gaining? People usually leak to gain an advantage
  19. I just cannot see any scenario that if we are relegated we could become a decent side overnight. Most of the current players will move on and we would therefore have to build a team from scratch. Any team would probably take sometime to gel so the decision not to go into administration and to fight for survival seems the best. Administration may or may not get rid of Lowe Wilde etc either
  20. Seems a positive and realistic statement Though he might have welcomed one player if they would have instantly improved the team, he was determined not to sign anybody just for the sake of it with finances so tight. Instead, he insists that the fact ALL his players are playing for their own futures could be massively more beneficial than, in effect, hired guns who can return to their parent club in a month or so if things don’t work out
  21. So developing our own seems a good idea. It has been our problem for years bringing players in has not been that successful I know one or two have been OK Davis Davies John but lots have not performed that well consistently
  22. Must be the Cider
  23. Why should he have scored? Were the Irish not trying to stop him scoring
  24. 1853: Poland almost pull a goal back as Roger stands up a cross that Southampton's Marek Saganowski gets up well to meet with a decent downward header, but it is just the wrong side of the post for the visitors.
  25. BBC WEBSITE 1905: GOAL Northern Ireland 3-2 Poland A brilliant diving header from Southampton's Marek Saganowski in the first minute of injury time. Saints fans in the office jumps up and down.
