  1. Pressure from the fans maybe The team does play better away from home
  2. Obviously something needs to be done with ownership of the club which I would have thought Lowe Crouch and Wilde would have agreed with. However all this boycotting and negativity I feel is having an effect on the team it certainly got to JP which made his job even worse. It is not surprising that they must be apprehensive at home if they read the forums etc. I just feel making life unpleasant for the board at is counter productive at the moment. If these protests were to lead to the exit of the current board and that we were not relegated and did not go into administration I would fully support the boycott but I just feel they are making the situation worse. But time will tell I would have thought that with the law of averages we should win a few home games this season but I fully realise we shall have to score a few goals. I think the season turned against us when against Blackpool we had a couple of shots kicked off the line and gave away a stupid penalty if we had won that game confidence would have been fine and we may well have progresses a whole lot better. We are where we are but it is not over yet
  3. For once Snowballs I am in complete agreement. Lowe did not comeback on his own he was brought back by Wilde It was Wilde who brought in the EXECs who really have wrecked the club
  4. Perhaps he went to pick up something he left in the Chairman's Office or went to vandalise the Train Picture
  5. Seems a standard sort of statement to me sorry but I dont bother with the personalities just want SFC to continue. Perhaps Crouch put out a similar one last year when Pearson joined I cannot remember Why anyone would run a football club these days amazes me with all the abuse perhaps that is why nobody wants to get involved Things could be better if we keep Saga and get another striker thats all that matters to me. Slag off the Board if you want but as was said it is on the pitch where it matters someday Wilde and Lowe will be gone
  6. I would like to suggest Priority 1 No Relegation Priority 2 No Administration Priority 3 Complete new board without Lowe Wilde etc Making Lowe the top Priority may not be in the best interests he went once but when he came back we were in a worse position
  7. Probably if we stay up and dont go into administration. Without knowing the exact financial situation it is very difficult to say whether the present direction is the only one possible.
  8. Yes saved from Lowe But will it be saved financially? A few more through the gates . A different manager other players All cost money
  9. Why Surely they are getting well paid and playing at a level some hardly expected
  10. We got Brett Ormeroyd for 1.5 million Win some lose some
  11. Did not go there but cannot believe it was 32 years ago I went to see Anderlect in the Cup Winners Cup
  12. Pressure I would have thought
  13. Yes I thought the same he was on Radio 5 Live It really was bad the weakest team possible I dont know if he is playing himself I quite like Spurs as I used to watch them on the TV in the 60s when they were in Europe but I really want them to be relegated because of Harry. However if we are still in CC next season they will be a hard team to beat
  14. Yes they seem to be conceding goals in the last minute like we did
  15. Surely if Surman and Lallana were worth £2m + they would be helping us win some games. But they are not so god knows how much they are worth
  16. No I just think we are at the point of no return. Any change of direction may move us into administration
  17. Really seems a little harsh to me. Yes he is trying to keep the PLC Solvent that is why he done the things you have outlined of course he could have done in another way but whatever he did would not meet with approval
  18. That is sort of the current situation I thought with Barclays and Norwich Union. We are paying our bills but increasing our overdraft
  19. No he did not he went because Crouch sided with Wilde at the EGM He put up a good fight to stay and what he said about Wilde was probably right
  20. Nothing is certain in football I think in 1969/70 we went about 17 games without a win but stayed up We have managed to escape relegation in the past with the help of the supporters But if we had a few million in the bank I would maybe agree with you But we dont that is why we are in the mire.
  21. Yes the grass is always greener on the side Recruiting Harry did not help us a few years back
  22. They are not ruining the club they are trying to sort it out It is not easy to sort out a financial mess I would have thought but then I am trying to put over a reasonable case Paying large wages to Thomas Euell Skacel Saga is not helping the situation at all
  23. Lowe is a strong character he is not going to go on the say so of a few thousand supporters.
  24. I would agree with what you are saying but I do not think the facts match your opinion I can understand that you want a new manager and new players but getting that may tip us into administration. It is a very difficult situation. The time for getting rid of Lowe is in the future not now keeping us out of Administration is the most important and any extra unplanned costs will not help.
  25. Yes unfortunately you may be right but it would be nice if the fans did try to stop the club going into Administration instead of organising pointless rallies as nothing can be done in changing personell without it costing money which is sadly unavailable. Getting rid of Lowe is probably a reasonable goal in the long term but not at the moment where every effort should be made to stave off Administration
