Well the other day some were getting all uppity because we didn't sign Demarai Gray for a bargain 3.75 million, now at that price the "board" are extracting the urite. We need to wait and see what we may get under what circumstances before writing them off as a joke I think.
-
Why exactly ?

3 teams with the least points and worst GDs at the end of the season. Villa will be one of them.

Would people hypothetically pay more at the gates for more signings?

I think nothing on the subject really, just pointing out a basic error of reasoning. Football is by far expensive enough as it is. -
Confirmed: Caulker loan cancelled; Moves on loan to Liverpool

Which kind of demonstrates just how little it needs to be a "hero" at SMS.. -
It's a game driven by results, Chelsea's weren't good, neither are ours so the respective managers pay for that. When you lose 8 games out of 10 then you're sackable.

Well no 30000x£10x19=5.7 million £ if I'm not mistaken, enough to pay 1 quality play over 100K a week so it's not really "minimal" especially as it would allow you to increase your salarial mass even under FFP. Trouble is of your 10 extra £1.90 goes to the government, they'd be pleased no doubt. -
Quality prospect he may well be but for him the clock is ticking because he turns 20 in a couple of months and he's not a first team squad regular. At Utd they have about 6 U21s who actually play in the first team on occasions so I really don't think that's a likely destination for Hesketh. He's not really an academy type signing any more, needs to be looking for first team football at his age..
-
Utd already have a fair old selection of 19-22 year olds, they actually play in the PL from time to time, Hesketh would need to go somewhere where he'll play real football.

Is this a Tech College project study? -
Steelers-Seahawks, one of the ugliest matches ever seen. They both seem to have the kind of luck or good fortune that you just can't discount.
-
Although Hesketh will cease to be a "teenager" in the near future. Utd may want to recruit him but for their academy? I'd think he's had enough of academies and wants to play serious football.
-
Hmm half way through his contract with Saints, might be looking around for the future.

We shall see, don't see why Stephens is still considered as an U21 though, he's 22 in a short time I think. Was the loan to Boro an emergency loan though, thought it was initially for the season , aren't emergency loans those outside the TW and for a maximum of 92 days? I am not at all sure that he's reloanable but we shall have to see how it pans out.
-
Tell that to Hatem Ben Arfa. He was denied a move to Nice last January because he'd played for Newcastle U21s in August 2014 and then was loaned to Hull. Even the best lawyers Nice could buy couldn't argue their way with an U21s don't count case. The case is FIFA and TAS jurisprudence now.

Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES

No idea, I had some vague notion that she thought they'd be getting some more cheap labour and even better some already (and thus cheap) qualified doctors, nurses and engineeers of which I am told they are sorely lacking. Ma Merkel has screwed up, unfortunately the rest of Europe will pay for it for the next 100 years. -
Sounds like a pîss take to me.
-
Euros, so that's about 12.78 million £
-
And did they play for their parent clubs in the meantime ? Edit: Apparently emergency loans don't count under FA rules but FIFA disagrees with this.
-
And is that possible as he's already played for 2 clubs this season? Ben Arfa wasn't allowed to sign at Nice because he's already played for Newcastle U21s in an official match and Hull. Now it could be that Stephens is in some way different or the the U21 Premier League Cup isn't an official game but in theory Stephens as an over 21 has already played for 2 clubs.
-
But wouldn't that involve paying him anyway? Let's face it few clubs are going to offer him as much as we are giving him for the next 6 months so he's as well to stay right where he is and pass the time sorting himself out for next season.
-
Isn't his name Seager ? At least we can get that right surely.
-
Agreed, I thought that was a sneaky HB that he thought the ref wouldn't see, definitely pushed it away for me.
-
Team will look nothing like that I suspect.
