Looked not too bad until they got after Vince and Arafat.....

Tour lasted one hill or so it would seem...

Thought he only wanted to play in Italy.

Still the other lot are 39-3 off of about 6, not lost yet if we can bowl decently.

Do other teams see us as weak & ripe for picking?

Weak ? Perhaps not, always ready not to turn down a good price for a player we see as easily replaceable with one at a lesser cost...perhaps. -
Well to be fair he was kind of atrocious in the first game and got dropped for the other 2. Needs to step up to the plate for Saints straightaway this season or be loaned out to gain in leadership and responsibility.

Doubt if we'll sign any more keepers, we have 4 already, that's already a bit too many to name in a 25 man squad. If Frazer definitely won't be ready before January we'll probably not name him if we have a ful complement of 25 though.

Preferably one who'll qualify for a work permit though. WPs are something that those outside our shores just do not understand.

We don't need just a physical DM...we need one with enormous talent and good physique. We could simply get another Victor but it wouldn't hep us overmuch.

The Spuds Saga.....for better or worse

Anyway apparently Hugo has had a fractured wrist these last 3 weeks and they're confident he'll be back by the season opener. -

There is only one thing worse than being talked about..and that is not being talked about. Why do people feel a continual need to talk about Tottenham Hotspur ? -
Greece, spiritual home of badly done jobs.

Sounds plausible, didn't someone say that it was rumoured that Clasie was only second choice? For me he'll lack power but I'm sure that he will have other attributes to compensate.

Doubt if any European eurozone club will sign a deal in euros with any UK club just now, might be worth a bit less in a day or so's time. Already any deal in euros signed a year ago is worth about 15% less in £s now I think. Makes eurozone clubs a bit of a bargain basement for the UK.

All small children pass through a phase where they fear the unknown...guess some never really get over it. -

Bad meltdown then, missed that post but can't decide if he meant good meltdown or meltdown meltdown.

35 will be easily enough. United will have about 55 games next season with moderate cup and CL success and the most of their players will have the Euro as well because it's basically an all European club 2 Argies and Valencia apart. Can't see national team coaches being keen on their players having much more than 32-36 club games next season. -

I think they've got a pretty busy schedule actually. Don't they set off for Seattle at about 2pm. Medcals, paperwork, kit, suits, stuff from home ...that's a lot to sort out in about 15 hours, time for the photies holding up the shirt (which is the wrong brand for both of them and basically Utd anyway) will come later. -
Not really, we'll only see where we are when we drop the hanging chaff and start using the first team squad only. Yesterday we had no composure, probably due to too many average players who'll not make the first team.
