Also sounds like a generous helping of bolloaks. Pogba wants to go to Real anyway.
-
Well I could certainly do with a bit less of the wellying forward from our keeper/Cbs.

Did we ever see those for the year to June 2013 ? Don't remember them at all, probably just missed the 865 page discussion of them though. Next set of accounts will only be up to June 2014 anyway, before most of last summer's horse trading.

Even then it would depend on how many clubs he'd played for this UEFA season, I mean Ben Arfa is out of contract but he can't play anywhere in Europe because he's played for Newcastle U21s and Hull already.

How come, we still got a big round zero points from the game. -
Well he probably didn't, until Sadio was late for lunch that is. Ridiculous decision, there must have been another way. Sadio was down at the shop the other day, signing crap and meeting the folks, he gave up his time for that and yet we couldn't even cut him a bit of slack and play him when we needed to, crazy man thinking.

We certainly can't obtain one on loan, if we could find an out of contract player capable of scoring in the PL (yeah right) then if we have space in our 25 man list it would I think be possible.

WC knows this because the never wrong KBilly told him (and the rest of you) so.

But on the subject of penalties the PL refereeing corps have to get their ducks in a row, Kane got a point saving penalty for a "foul" that Friend would have waved away. Atkinson could have sent off a shedload of Burnley players and didn't, another ref would have had a red card bonanza. In Europe the rules are uniformly applied, an offence is an offence according to the rules of the game and sanction follows, refs do no interpret the rules as they see them. This is why Mourinho et al keep moaning, the rules as they stand are not being applied uniformly. -

You just have to get over this 1970s theory that if you get the ball anything goes, he took out everything in his line of motion and it was a penalty according to the rules of the game today. -
Koeman says Mané was dropped due to discipline

Perhaps he didn't fancy what was for lunch eh, when it's tripes and stuff in the canteen I give it a miss as well. Thje game was at a strange time, some players just don't want to eat before games, it should be a personal decision as it was before. -
Doped by all the fabulous top corner free kicks that are being scored no doubt.

José scythed down Sterling I think it was, didn't give that, think they had a pretty decent handball shout turned down as well. Friend didn't give any penalties, could have though but it wasn't all one way traffic. -

We did get what we deserved, when you can't score(because you've not got an alternative striker even though you sold players for 90 odd million last summer) then you can only blame yourselves. Pellè isn't that good, we got what we paid for, an 8 million £ Dutch league goleador and we wasted 12 milion on Long. We had the money we could have got better. Then again it's just my opinion. I too was hacked off by yesterday's showing all huff and puff and no end product. -
1 in 500 then, so a whole season without scoring from a corner is about par, think we had 6 yesterday so we'd need 83 games or so to have a statistical chance of scoring from one.

Good question really, you'd have to think that the same rules apply to them all if there absolutely has to be this sort of reaction to a rule in the first place. -
I'd think we can totally rule out signing another expensive keeper next summer.
-
There might be 10,000 strikers available but if you don't have the wherewithal then you can't buy any of them. We didn't have the money so we didn't get anyone. We got a couple of loans AMs because they weren't playing and their respective clubs were probably happy enough to get their 20000 nagwees/wk or whatever off the pay-roll for a few months. We have spent all of our money apparently so no expensive, shiny new striker in January. Paying Chelsea for Bertrand was probably the last of the loot from last summer, could it have waited a while so as to have the swans for a striker ? Who knows, certainly not me.
-
Why would you need a LB in a 3-5-2 system ? José,Maya,Gardos with Clyne and Derjky whatsit wide, Morgan,Vic and Davis more central and Pellè and Mané in attack. That was the way to go for me cos well I don't give a toss about being late for lunch, players used to have the option, lunch or non-lunch.

Ronald still thinks we can qualify for the Champion's League anyway.

Djurcic is a featherweight at a reported 67 kg, puff of wind would send him ass over tit let alone a sturdy shove from Can, it was a penalty, then again so was José's challenge on Sterling. -
Why start with either of them really, why not start with the tried and tested DM duo and Davis. didn't understand yesterday's team selection at all, we seem to be obsessed with giving games to academy players in despite of better solutions being available. There was no need to start any of them really, we have better players and they should start. 3-5-2 was the way to go yesterday, no academy players needed.
-
Absolutely, it's not the service, it's up to him to get on to the end of what's on offer. Vastly overated player.
-
Difficult to see it now, 1 point from 3 home games is quasi eliminatory.

Which is why, no matter what, we needed not to lose yesterday. We put out the wrong team and now we'll not hear the end of it this side of Easter.
