Casterbridge Utd would be Dorchester Utd (who may or may be playing Saints in the FA Cup at some this next century) if Thomas Hardy wrote football related stories. And MLT came from one of the Lyonesse Islands.
-
typical Chelsea, having a bloke in their ladies team, anything is fair for them to gain an advantage.

Arabella(Donn) Fawley, a strumpet of the first order.

ah right a CM 1999 based rumour then

I couldn't really say, Badstuber ruptured knee ligaments for the second time in 6 months last May, I'd be enormously surprised if he's fit for anything but light fitness work as of yet but it varies from individual to individual you'd not be able to argue with someone who follows Bayern closely of course but I doubt he's anywhere near full fitness yet because it was said at the time he'd be touch and go for the WC next June.
-
But he's ruptured knee ligaments twice in about a year, no-one will take him for a big fee until they've seen what effect that has left on him. Should be OK but you never know, might lose mobility and athletism. Don't think he's even playing again yet, reserves at Bayern perhaps.
-
and so he will be, it's what happens of late. Now if SD makes way for anyone it would be Gaston but I can't really see that happening from the start.
-
he's getting better already..well slightly anyway.

Are we one of the hardest teams to beat in the league?
Window Cleaner replied to Tomobz's topic in The Saints
First XI is, the team that we're playing at this moment not so much. It's why we've lost 5 of our last 8. -
and if you remember Liverpool had a cast iron penalty shout turned down I think. Now we'd say, nah silly sod fell over our lads feet (think it was José or Shaw) but really when you look at it in slow motion Sturridge was brought down in the box for sure. Swarbrick didn't give it and he should have. We gained at least 2 points from that and we lost one on Sunday.

I wouldn't worry about it, in my idea there's no real reason to put anyone on ignore at all, it's a football forum, if you can't take a bit of joshing or a bit of utter foolishness then you'd best leave it alone. However some do make life tedious because it's what they set out to do but only a banning will solve that.
-
Well in theory you could do that but then that would probably mean not reading the reply in question either because you wouldn't know to what it refers. Tis a silly function really. The only real ignore function on this forum is not to log in at all.
-
but certainly not at DM which is why JWP starts there when 2 of the other 3 are out. Even so in the Villa game JWP started at DM with Victor because Mauricio says Cork and Victor can't play in the same side, now whether that's a personal thing or some sort of technical incapacity I've never found out, they don't play together that's all and JWP isn't up to the job either..
-
even so if you're quoted she can but see it. Ignore is a pointless function because quoting makes a post visible to all but those who have the quoter on ignore. It's just a gadget to make you think you have some control over what you see.

well worse of course, the last one wasn't great but this one is just his court jester. You only have to look at his recent assertions on unemployment to know that. They cook the books so it goes down one month, get caught so it goes up again and then they're doing alright because it's going up more slowly than it was in about 1925. If you count part timers who want to be full timers unemployment is now running at about 14 or 15 % of the active popultation even if you don't count those if 'aided employment' on the out of work to all intents and purposes side. Everything they do just f*cks up because basically they haven't got a clue what they're doing. They need money but we're already taxed to a point where we can hardly pay, a minimum wage job costs an employer about 15 euros an hour but the worker only gets about half of that, the rest just goes to fund the largesses of the state and benefits scroungers. It's fokking mess which is why the FN (extreme right) is running at 30% plus in the opinion polls.

EVERTON MATCH questionnaire for Love Everton Forum
Window Cleaner replied to Love Everton Forum's topic in The Saints
I knew there was a reason I hate scouse, everything that comes from it and everything within about a 50 mile radius of it, just remembered what it is. :uhoh: I mean look at Liverpool's anthem, everybody thinks it comes from there, that Gerry and the Pacemakers created it, it doesn't, it comes from a 1945 Rogers and Hammerstein comedy musical. (Carousel for those who doubt me) Be interesting to see how he gets on on the Stoke forum, doubt that there's much love lost there, them being fairly adjacent (as Richie Benaud would say). -
or a 19 year old midfielder on the bench who is absolutely no use to anyone because when we have to make a midfield sub we just shuffle everyone around leaving a position totally uncovered.
-
you obviously haven't kept yourself informed on the Taubira revolution, we're all naughty children now but spanking is no longer allowed so when you're really naughty they just give you half a crown, a big tub of Ben and Jerry's and tell you not to do it again otherwise they'll have to send you on holiday to a 5 star resort in the Bahamas.

Cardiff City...and we thought Skates FC was a basket case!

close 1986, still an 8 there though right. -
not F'Quenelle that's just a play on words, simply quenelle. Don't bother educating youself on Dieudonné though, it's 10 minutes of your life you'll not get back.
-
Oh they're probably prepping everyone for the miracle of their intervention more likely.
-
neither Davis nor Ward Prowse are suited to the DM role so when Cork went off we had absolutely nobody to do it. Now me, I'd have put Yoshida on and moved Lovren forward a notch but then that's just my opinion.

L'Equipe was saying this morning that they could be forced to sell Morrison, didn't read the article though, wasn't interested and couldn't see who would actually give them money for him either.

there were 5 ski related deaths in the Alps this last week-end, not one of them has been seen as important as Schumacher.
