Gazzaniga what are his strengths and weaknesses?
Window Cleaner replied to Mr X's topic in The Saints
I have absolutely no idea, he doesn't actually seem to do anything so how can you judge what he's capable of really. Needed to be put out to grass to get experience in the NPC or even League 1, let him learn at some other teams expense. -

Many say the goals aren't his fault but he's never close to saving anything, think he's a bit slow witted. At least Artur would have come out for there first goal and not just waited until it got slotted by him. Don't think the defence have any confidence in Gazza, seem to panic at the thought of him being exposed and then they do silly things as well. I'd still stick Jimenez in goal on Saturday if it's a choice between Gazza,Cropper and him. -
Didn't say he was rubbish going forward, I said that by the time he gets where he's going he's run out of steam for a final burst past his defender. Now if he started further forward that would be counteracted, plus I am known to believe that there are far better left backs (defensively) available. I like Shaw but he's wasted at left back.
-
A proper left back, then we could move Shaw forward a notch, watched him closely last night, for the amount of time he has the ball he does in fact remarkably little, just sterile running down dead ends because he's gone so far that he's out of fuel at the end of each run.

Morgan / Tactical explanation of Pochettino's tactics
Window Cleaner replied to benali-shorts's topic in The Saints
correct, he is usually where he needs to be when he needs to be. If occasionally he isn't then he has the engine to get him there pretty quickly. Think we'll miss him when he's gone and I can see that coming all too quickly. Still never mind perhaps we'll sign Victor's brother, McDonald. -

Couldn't say what his strength are, never seen any, his weakness is that he lets in a lot of goals. Useless keeper, never going to change my opinion on that, shouldn't be with a PL club at all. -

Oldest trick in the book -
don't know why people keep putting JWP into DM, he can't tackle and his spacial awareness isn't great. That's why MPo doesn't put him there. Cork and Davis if the other 2 are out.

Any Saints side without Morgan is weaker than any side with him, he played against City last year so if he doesn't play on Saturday the side will be weaker.
-
2 possible scenarios, with Victor and Morgan we'll compete and have some sort of a chance of a result. Without them both, a 6-0 thumping.
-
defence S, defence. Perhaps Fonte isn't as fit as we'd like to think, a few of our players might have been trying to play with knocks and strains for a couple of weeks now...or so I might have heard allegedly like. Might well explain why we cracked up when Chelsea turned up the wick last Sunday. They all want to play all of the time.
-
Good to know that then although a shaky 1-0, last minute goal from a deflected free kick will suit me just as well. Respice Finem and all that.

Solent Uni, that's what I'd know as the Tech College right ?

NO, next question.

close,1960 with dirt great leather boots with nailed on leather studs. Remember my Grandad buying them for me in Toomers, way too big of course but as all shoes needed at least 2 years growing room in them in those days ..............

Well as he's their second keeper and Lloris is making his fair share of fecks up right now I can't see them loaning him out and certainly not to a rival. I mean I'd ask Lille to loan us Eneayama but I don't think they'd be all that keen either. We'd probably get someone who's no better than Cropper anyway.

No added nonsense...can't be the same bear then.

what he did us a favour and deprived us of his incessant bulls*it voluntarily for a few months? Wonders will never cease.

And just about every other thread, I suppose 110% got unbanned yesterday and is now boring us crapless with his incessant trolling. Should have been banned permanently mods or even longer.

What about if we swapped him for Carlos Vela and a few bob, who'd think that was good ? Personally if Sociedad really want him I'd hold out for Griezmann. I like Griezmann, not fussed about Vela though..

not a closet racist, just a bona-fidé little Englander expatriot.

Watched a bit of Verona-Fiorentina yesterday, out of 7 goals 5 were from shots outside the box, one was just inside and the other was a penalty. The amount of time and space the shooters had to tee up and pick their spot just doesn't exist in the PL. I mean it must look fantastic on YouTube clips but it's nothing to do with real football, more like Subbuteo. As MPo says today, Dani needs more time to adjust to the intensity of our game.
