What about this bloke Firmino, is he any good ?
-
what do you expect for 800K ? 800K is bottom end NPC standard at best, there are very few bargains about when you're talking top class footballers. If you want real quality for not much you have to go rummaging around in youth teams for it and take a chance whether you'll get any end product or not.
-
look on the bright side, he was with the RCS for 13 years
-
got a good start but then Djokovic turned up the wick and crushed him. Murray slowed down a lot, result of his foot problem perhaps.
-
forgot all about that game, getting something is important of course, in fact survival might be easier than I thought. Would definitely put that down as at least a banker draw.If we can win there it will put them in the utmost difficulty.
-
38 should dso it I think; 15 more from 15 then. 4 wins,3 draws but I'd hope for better Banker Win list. Stoke,West Ham, QPR home Sunderland away (cos I want us to get even) Banker Draw list Newcastle,Reading away West Brom home. there are other games we should get something from though. Liverpool at home, Spurs away

AfCON - Zambia v Nigeria - Mayuaka to Start
Window Cleaner replied to Convict Colony's topic in The Saints
told you, a lot of it is commercial houses league standard. There are some good players in most of the teams but there are some god-awful ones as well. Mali for instance, one of their players has p*ssed off back to Corsica because he thought he should be playing more, won't get a game at Bastia either but hey he's a star right. Used to like the CAN when you had god teams like Cameroun and the old Nigerian sides but since Eurpean nations have filched all their best players it's nowhere near the old standard. Played too often as well. -
they went on one of those not long back, can't remember what the following games were like though.

Well after watching that first half I now know what Stoke Reserves against West Ham Reserves would look like. -
plus if it's anything like here you can't buy it in supermarkets and petrol stations.
-
so what would be reasonable to spend the money on ?
-
Could be a wind up, these posters don't appear on the Redbridge Community School site report on the trip.
-
his Dad was a pretty handy keeper, even his Mum played football.
-
plenty of flutes or so I'm told
-
Piano, clarinet, violin not bad, middling, not so much then again I grew up when most families had a piano and all kids liked to amuse themselves on it for a couple of hours a day and music wasn't optional at school..
-
apparently not, if they were they wouldn't be 18th now would they?
-
what good players? all I can see is a shower of middling shîte on their squad list. I really really wonder sometimes if some people know what a good player looks like.
-
don't really see him being in a rush for another job anyway.
-
we shall see when he gets another job that requires tactical awareness and player judgement. He did a good job for us but I'm not so sure that he'll be able to repeat it elsewhere. Not without some of the "stars" that he had at his disposal. Why he even had Hooper and Jack Cork at S****horpe.
-
can't see why he deserves a bigger club than Huddersfield, probably needs one though cos at S****horpe he was nothing extraordinary in the NPC. I am quite keen to see how he gets on with a team that's not got 5 or 6 prospective PL players in it actually. He hasn't had one of those since Scùnthorpe.

Fair play was not of the utmost importance when we played Monaco, lost 1-0 anyway.
-
But it's not uncommon to turn in the other direction on an athletics track when you train on them regularly. If you always use the same anti-clockwise rotation it builds up some ligaments and muscles more than others. So when there's no-one else around and you're running say 12x400m fractions you run them in series of 3 in alternate directions.

Apparently because he plays there for Uruguay..no idea how they do that or what their system is though.
