The spending was wrong....that's the whole crux of the matter. We blew 7.6 million in May or June on an NPC hotshot that we didn't need just to show we could. Our season comes down to that one mistake because when we should have been signing a keeper and a partner for José we were running after JRod. We had pre-emptively decided that Billy Sharp wasn't PL material but we still bought an NPC striker with less goals to replace him.
Well we could take out a defender to make way for Mayuka....everyone knows defenders are just there to make up the numbers right ??:rolleyes:
The answer is perfectly simple. The government should employ him as an intercommunal advisor and immediately send him on a fact finding mission to Gaza. I think we could count on the West's Guard Dog to do the rest.
Well let's hope that someone on our coaching staff can talk Maya out of aimlessly dangling his leg at shots that are going nowhere.
Think he did it again in yesterday's Oman-Japan game, pretty harmless looking free kick from outside the box.
The majority thinks Gazza, exactly why I just couldn't say. Perhaps they just don't like Boruc

depends on what's been done viz a viz replacements. I'd think QPR might go for Harry, don't know who we might have lined up.
With the situation critical at the losing club it's no time for any caretaker manager. Not sure that a loss for either side will result in a sacking just yet. If either were going to b sacked before January 1 then it probably would have happend by now.
Hammond (Davis helped) cost us the game at SMS, if we'd have had Morgan we wouldn't have lost and we'd have won the title.
Probably why Hammond has been farmed out, I think we really wanted that title.
