That will depend on the status of Guly and Ox though won't it,whether Ox will be fit to start or not..

Surely it must be and probably extremely popular as well. In most countries you have 3 or 4 seasons of Charlie,Alan and Jake running on different Channels most of the time, about the same as Friends usually, assuming you have Satellite TV with 70 or 80 odd channels of course.

And makes a fortune out of portraying a little changed version of it on TV

£22 light bulbs and £55 toilet sets usually indicate "opaque" funding.

Adkins: "There is scope to dip into the loan market"
Window Cleaner replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
It could well be so, Pat has a boy who's a keeper, I'm not sure that it's not the lad who's at Wycombe now (that's just me just putting 2+2 together and maybe coming up with 6.894) seems to be about the right age and his Grays/Norwich/Eastleigh pedigree would seem about right. We know he lives in East Anglia so why not next door to Joe Lewis. -

Pat in his Ugly posts seems to think that we didn't sign CMS from Posh because we didn't offer enough and we wanted 2 players from them and would only deal for the pair.Posh only wanted to sell us one.Now I would assume that the other one was Joe Lewis which would mean that the replacement of Kelvin was imminent at that time. How that would affect his form is difficult to surmise. -
But it's an interesting idea that he would have gone to Newcastle anyway. As it stands I presume he got some sort of pay-off from us and then a bumper contract from his friend Ashley.Whether you could then surmise that he engineered his own downfall with the Newcastle job already as good as in hand is debatable.Wonder just how much we had to pay him in settlement.I see that the O'Neil affair has now gone to the PMA tribunal, probably why we couldn't sign him then.

Not really worried, I just can't see us not getting second really, unless we lose either to Bournemouth or we have to play Forecast in goal. Can't see either of those things happening so second it is.I think the play-offs will be Bournemouth-Rochdale and Huddersfield-Peterborough, with Peterborough winning through in the end.

My girl is now US based(post grad Uni there) and fortunately they know how to handle this.

Many top flight sports people have trouble accepting it when their time is over in sport. It leads to problems of varying degrees from minor depression to real suicidal tendancies...and worse. They always think that they can go there one more time, for another race, another season, another year, when they realise that they can't it usually aggravates the syndrome. I kind of know this from very close to home as I have a girl who was a really top class athlete until a couple of years back when she picked up a bad injury, she's young enough to come back from it one day but in the meantime there are many dark days and she goes to counselling with other sports people at the end of their careers.

As you well know I think Lambert is our one and only problem, all the rest would just fade away if we dropped him and tried something else. I don't think we can drop him though...as to why I just couldn't say. -
Probably not, too close to pay day for that to be a factor. They would be comforted by the fact that no matter how sh*t they were they'd just received relatively large sums of money anyway. As Deano and Butters have since said they thought they played well on Tuesday and they probably did.We just can't score that's all,I would think that the players are more affected by the mounting injuries than any criticism they many get on this or any other forum.

Master Bates had a contact at the Echo as well.

Must have been too busy reading the "Top 3 Cougars you would smash" thread to notice that then, from Pat I presume.Good job Rickie doesn't read the Ugly, Nick lets him have it again in today's preview. -
Look and see when Ticket Office was logged in last. They are usually on line when anything concerning tickets is in the offing. They were even online on a Sunday afternoon when we drew Man U in the cup. The club watches over this forum all of the time. TO was online at a few minutes before 11 this morning. So they know all about those of you who are going into the home end at Bournemouth, probably gave Danny a call about his Colchester ticket as well.

Yeah right, never have I heard such a load of old crock for a poor transfer window as that one.
