More money doesn't necessarily mean we'll attract better players, we could bid 20 million for a player but he'd probably not want to play at our current level. Money means nothing if the sporting project isn't convincing.We have to find the best players available who are willing to drop to our level or who are at the same level already and see us as a sure way forward for the future. Difference is Hazard is going to be playing champions league football next season whether he's at Arsenal,Man U or Lille. He's also going to be playing for Belgium wherever he is as well.
