We shouldn't be unduly concerned by Peterborough in any case, this is a straight head to head between the south coast rivals which will probably be decided next Saturday afternoon. -

Brighton no Bournemouth yes, plus Huddersfield and Orient. Too many people are neglecting Orient, oh they won't win the league but they don't lose very often and are only on 31 matches. Can't remember the last time that the Os lost in the League. -

Bournemouth,Brighton and MK Dons although I don't doubt their place will be taken by Leyton Orient which would be quite bad news for us because that would take us away to 3 top 6 sides. -

Of course we have every chance but it passes by beating Bournemouth...then again it always did. -

If we take 3 points from them yes but only under that circumstance.Although our GD is bound to be better if we win our 2 games in hand to go level with them. In any case I think we'll have to wait and see what next Saturday brings as Bournemouth are unbeaten in 10 games and have taken 22 points from them. Perhaps Howe was holding them back. -

Good result although we needed it just to keep pace. Bournemouth are holding up better than anyone expected I think. -
Leaves them just 1 behind us on GD,only real negative of the day for us so far.
-
they probably think they can still escape relegation.
-
at least I've heard his name, haven't heard of Hammond,Chaplow or Lambert as yet.
-
Sounds like they're trying to rough us up, they've obviously seen our bench then.
-
2 good actions from Kelvin already, looking up then.
-
since we have virtually no reserve or development squad games of late he's not been playing anywhere. They can't have played for at least 3 or 4 weeks.
-
young right back, or I think he's a RB
-
Our entire injury update system has become bullsh*t.
-
You'd need a Delorean time machine for that.Anyway look what happened to Biff Tannen, ended up in the horsesh*t all the same, as he always does.
-
the bench sounds like serious barrel scraping. No Guly,no Morgan (but then we knew that, might send a mail to his folks later to wish him well) no Forte,no strike options. Our injury pile up is getting beyond a joke.
-
It was only supposed to be a minor strain. We shall see what we shall see.
-
We are never not good enough before the matches, only during and after them. You have to believe we'll win every game.
-
Thomas J Elpel.......look it up, how I know that i couldn't say,but I came across it once and looked inside.
-
here you go, expected team, decipher it yourselves KD. DB, RJ, JF, DanH. AC, RC, DeanH, AL. LB, RL
-
We needed 4 points from the 2 games, that will be somewhat difficult to obtain now.
-
I shall reserve judgement until I see the team sheet this afternoon.

Because the task was too tall. No club is going to win all of their games, take Man U as a reference, best there is in the UK but they still draw games and lose the odd one.You cannot ask players to win 8/9/10 games in a row,it's not about bottling it but rather about recovering enough from performance after performance. We didn't have a massive, homogeneous squad to fall back on, Morgan and Deano got injured and suspended from time to time and the cover wasn't good enough. What is more we were playing on 3 fronts until February and then on 2 until the end of March.Too much was asked of the players that's all but they put in a fantastic stint and kept our hopes alive for a long, long time.
-
We didn't bottle it last season, the -10 and the poor start left us with an impossible task, needing 80+ points from 36 games. That we actually got 74 (and could have got 77 if we'd still been in the running) was a fantastic performance. Pardew was a good manager,he did well, that he had to go is as maybe but if he was still here we'd be in the top 2.
-
But the odds are lengthening. We were about 4/1 on,now it's only about 2/1 on or even 9/4 on.Another defeat will probably have us into the even money region.
