yeah...so many have said this...so many have said to just ignore them, they will send letter after letter and threaten this and that..but any more action other than a letter will cost them significantly more than the money they want. also, they cannot legally enforce the penalty notice..only the police and the council can issue a legal fine.. i think I will just ignore them

another 1200 troops deployed today...no summer hols for them then thank god my days of getting involved in this crap are long gone remember the foot and mouth crisis....helped out in that and it was a bit of a laugh....I remember jumping up on a dead cow that was just shot and my feet went through its guts and I was knee high in cow....
