Les Reed's Yo! Sushi strategy pal?
  2. Romeu won't go for anything like £30m.
  3. MLG showing why he's pound for pound the top wum on here. Glasgow watch and learn. #masterclass
  4. Then we evaluate players differently. You know when a player has that x-factor.
  5. The point with Mané is that he showed undoubted class at the start (QPR, Stoke, Arsenal games come to mind). He then went through a sticky spell (the period covered by the thread you cite) before eventually turning things around in the new year. Those flashes of potential have been in far shorter supply with Redmond. Mané, unlike Redmond, also came to a new league and faced s steeper curve which was a mitigating factor. Don't get me wrong. I've seen quality from Redmond, so don't buy all the criticism and think he'll become a useful player. On the other hand, I've seen enough of him from his Brum and Norwich days to have a sense of where his ceiling is. If he has a career like Aaron Lennon for instance, he will have done very well.

  7. The thread started in December, so hardly counts as the beginning. Try to read before jumping the gun.
  8. What did the police make of that claim?
  9. If his antics were limited to the usual suspects, you might have a point. But ALWAYS_SFC lashes out at everyone, even those whose concerns are genuinely expressed. Frankly he's too dim to know to pick his battles.
  10. True, though a striker with decent hold-up play would give players more time to get forward and support attacks.
  11. Are there any guarantees that Austin will stay fit? It's not unrealistic that with age and further tread on the tires, Austin will be picking more -rather than fewer injuries and niggles.
  12. The forum police doing its job?
  13. Yep, exactly and then kept him out of the side when he returned from injury.
  14. Wrong- he was rarely played in a 'pair'. Koeman was very reluctant to play him and Pelle together - something discussed at length here. Long benefitted from our more direct style and having Mane (a more natural finisher than say Redmond) and an in-form Tadic around him.
  15. Don't be coy G-Man. Perhaps Dibden can coax you.
  16. Jrod's natural position isn't in the hole, especially with the defensive responsibilities that have come with the position in a 4-2-3-1. Long will always struggle as long as were playing to feet. Both are average players (for different reasons) -regardless of the formation. I could go on. Your posts smack of the same inflexibility and stubbornness you accuse Puel of.
  17. Place feels immediately better without #ballthrush #crushingbore polluting every other thread. RIP little fella.
  18. He helped get ALWAYS_SFC banned?
  19. Plans now All hot air and dribble until anything concrete happens and we can judge whether it's a good deal for the UK. Sums up your posts really.
  20. You're flapping and flustered. Your bizarre hard-on for me means you're having to invent things that haven't happened or even started yet -desperately trying to call a 'result'. Truly straw-clutching stuff, little kipper. To repeat: all I said is that whoever won the election would not be instinctively free trade (correct) -and the situation was more complicated than trustingly suggested by Brexiters pontificating about a bright new dawn and the benefits of going it alone.
  21. Shall we wait and see. Thanks for reminding me: so far, nothing I've said is incorrect -admittedly it was a fairly bland statement - that only you could hopelessly trip over. But perhaps you'll have your day in the sun yet, my pasty little kipper
  22. GM would sympathise... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-35106935 http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/russian-cruise-missile-hits-block-7018381
