I don't think we have too many players that NA doesn't want. Do we ? Fairly obviously those out on loan will face a hard time to come back..but the idea is surely to get extra cover for the existing squad. According to reports I've read nearly all the present squad have got VG / good reviews in recent games, but we need a lot of cover for potential injuries, suspensions, loss of form, for a season that isn't half over yet. I think NA had set his mind on letting Puncheon go, and we'll get good money for him, too. I don't expect to see anyone go from the present first team squad in January.

of course ..L1 media hype can mean 300K..thats more than most other L1 clubs could afford. There won't be many player moves - except for those warding off bankruptcy - as we did , or until someone is sold for a decent fee and the money wil lead on to other smaller sales. IMHO we'll do well to get another deal as good as Chaplow..and certainly not for 50K.

The way that Blackpool are playing recently, we ought to try for loans on Michael Owen and David Beckham! They are a good Prem.side at the moment and it would be a good test of our potential. On a good day we can match them, if we play a weakened side ..we'll get tanned...might as well send them their 4th round place in the post !

yes good because 4 of the top 5 (except Saints) are teams BELOW midtable who are finding a bit of form in the bad winter. Our other promotion rivals have loss ground badly.
