Got mine today- it's top notch. Was going to get a long sleeved one but it was pretty hard to roll the sleeves up as the cuffs are so tight so went for short sleeves in the end.
Not sure if this has already been posted, but for those who haven't seen the keeper kit yet:
I'm tempted to get something on the back, even though it is slightly childish, but not sure what to get. Don't really want a current player, or my own name. Might just get the number 7. Is it stupid to get an old player's name on a new kit? Might get Le Tissier...
I'm amazed that people keep saying stuff like 'we don't look like Southampton anymore' when we've known for months that it was going to be a sash kit. :smt102
On the video, the '125' on the badge at the beginning is in a different font and is gold rather than white, which looks a lot better. Unfortunately it looks as if the badge on the shirt has the comedy white writing.
Maybe this is us saying, 'You're very good for a league one player and you will hold your own in the Championship, but when we're in the Premiership in three years time, we'll need someone better'.
Oh, I read that he'd failed his medical but they signed him anyway, which it also says here http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/apr/27/jimmy-bullard-hull-city, but it could be wrong.
TBF though, he'll be 91 by then, so, assuming he's still alive, he may well be no longer seen as a threat to society and therefore be released and able to die at home; a luxury he should not be allowed.
