I think what it is is at the moment you can buy a new season ticket, as long as it's not a seat that somebody had a season ticket in last season. Then after renewals finish at the end of the month, the seats of all the people who haven't renewed also become available.

Pretty sure he'll go to a championship if not premier league team, if he stays in England.
