  1. I think I heard somewhere that it's going to be 0-2
  2. Ooo think i've got one http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/playlive/bbc_tees/
  3. Schedule for radio on iplayer doesn't say the game's going to be on. any other ideas? Or anyone want to lend a poor boy their Saints player details? [-o
  4. Thank you, I'll give it a go!
  5. Agreed. Wonder if he fancies a new coaching role?
  6. Evening All, does anybody know anyway, other than paying for saints player, that I can listen to the game in London? As far as I know you can't get the game on radio solent from here? Pretty gutted I'm not there, just worked out that I did 30 consecutive league away games up until today
  7. That's what I thought earlier in the season until I saw us comfortably beat Oldham.
  8. I don't really understand why playing 4-4-2 means that Lambert has to play any deeper than normal? Surely he can play in exactly the same position, but he just has someone up there with him? If either of the two has to play deeper I'd expect it to be Conolly.
  9. So do you reckon this league game matters more than the cup game on/Saturday? I'd be playing to win tomorrow and resting players for a cup which we unltimately have very little chance of winning.
  10. If wotton's fit I'd definitely play 4-5-1 as it seems to suit us a lot better, and in my opinion switching to 4-4-2 later in the match has much more of an impact, especially when you can bring players like Conolly and waig0/antonio off the bench. Saying that, it's a tough call to drop Conolly after recent performances and his goal on Saturday. And it seems to me that Pardew wants to make 4-4-2 work, or else he would probably have dropped it after the Brighton game. Also, I doubt Murty will start. I'm absolutely gutted to be missing my first away game in 2 years, so cheer them on for me lads.
  11. Is this serious?
  12. Well he is known to be friends with Henri Camara, plays for Senegal with him, and has the same sort of style of play with him. Ali Dia came with hype and was awful. Papa came with hype and is yet to prove himself. So yes.
  13. That wasn't a goal kick, that was a Free Kick on the edge of the 6 yard box for an Offside. HTH
  14. I seem to remember Camara scoring a last minute winner in front of the Chapel Stand in a thrilling encounter with Norwich. Therefore I don't think the two are similar.
  15. I think you mean 'to'. However, in answer to your question, I'd like to see one or two new additions in January, but no much point spending loads unless there is a very good chance of promotion.
  16. Haha, that's my way of predicting the results too. Unfortunatley I'm not a child though.
  17. Absolutely, this needs to happen IMO
  18. I hope he's been saving up! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/internationals/8366913.stm
  19. Good call! I'd say the theme tune actually adds to the humour of the program, and therefore it gets my vote.
  20. As should the 'Study Centre'
  21. Maybe if you were trying to give the ratings before the match had been played, but it is perfectly feasible to rate a player's performance retrospectively. Yes it is still dependant on the opinion of the evaluator, but some players play better than others in matches, and that can be judged by a ratings system, in my opinion.
  22. So the reason Harding got a 5 was because he was booed by the Brighton fans?!
  23. The echo's reports are always like this, it beggers belief how they can get player ratings so wrong.
