  1. The most interesting part from me was at the very end a number of journalists confirmed that other clubs are briefing the press that they're going to sign our players, which Reed denied.
  2. My main thought is 'where are our goals going to come from?'
  3. Lol great one. We didn't buy Fox from them, Jos was well worth the money for his part in our promotion and Wanyama has been here less than a season.
  4. You weren't there for the anti-Lowe banner then?
  5. Pompey fans don't like it much. I think we should pretend it is an official club banner.
  6. Morgan will be pleased!
  7. Yep, 15th September. We must be due one soon.
  8. When was our last 0-0?
  9. Ok ok ok. I'll speak to mr Kreuger and see if he doesn't mind if you sort out the guest list for the next game.
  10. I understand your point. I'm a season ticket holder too. But I know if I didn't have one, I'd be pretty ****ed off if I couldn't get a ticket because you wanted to get one for your mate.
  11. Some do. Doesn't say that when you buy a ST though does it?
  12. No I didn't forget him. He has his seat for the game and priority for cup and away games. Unless you plan on sitting in both seats, it's not your prerogative to decide who sits in the other seats, as admirable as your generosity is.
  13. I vote we invite our Polish friends to liven up the Northam, lead by Boruc. [video=youtube_share;vFgMd0TkRIQ]
  14. Customer A: has been to 4/5/6 games this season, buying tickets against an existing customer number. Customer B: has not bought any games against a separate customer number, has a mate with a season ticket who he asks to get him a ticket. There's no scenario where customer B should have priority. The only (hypothetical) person I empathise with is: Customer C: has been to a few games this season by asking his mate with a season ticket to get them against his number because it's easier. Now can't get a ticket because he didn't get it himself.
  15. Yes but the benefit you're asking for isn't for the person who's paid hundreds of pounds (you) it's for another person. I agree that someone who has paid a lot should have these perks and therefore someone who has been to say 4 games (paid circa £160) deserves priority over the person you want to get a ticket for, who may not have been to any.
  16. Definitely never heard it home or away. I think we should do more to get the polish contingent to St Mary's! They'd make the atmosphere better.
  17. You have a priority ticket to home games. It's called your season ticket seat.
  18. And he's exactly right.
  19. Indeed. When I opened the thread I half expected to see he'd been arrested for match fixing!
  20. Is there anyone with any pace who has been in and around the first team from the academy?
  21. Didn't see city's equaliser last night then?
  22. Cheers guys, more or less what I thought.
  23. Hi, looking for some advice from out forum experts please! My partner rents a privately owned flat in London with 2 others. They're just about to sign another year tenancy contract. In September, I'm hoping to move up to London. To make things easier when I move, I'd like to move in with her, at least while I settle into a new job. My 2 questions are: 1. Do we have to declare that I am living there. (They're all double rooms so presumably designed for partners and is a big flat that could house a large family). 2. If we do declare I am there, is there a law to prevent the landlord raising the rent? I'd obviously pay council tax. The current rent is a fix amount that the 3 tenants split between them. Thanks in advance.
