for_heaven's_Saint

A mate of mine is a personal trainer and does a lot of writing for various fitness publications as well, particularly on nutrition. He really knows his stuff. For anyone interested here is a link to one of his articles on the ideal ratio of carbs: fat: protein for fat loss. http://www.steadyhealth.com/articles/the-ideal-ratio-of-carbs-and-fat-for-fat-loss-a2487.html

Out of interest, when you say 'protein only' what sort of things do you mean? Surely you mean just no carbs, as it's near impossible to eat just protein with no fat (and this wouldn't help weight loss). Even whey protein powder contains fat and carbs.

Lol at Villa.

Would be gutted if he left, let alone for free.

Pochettino has said he won't be signing anyone from Espanyol.

Cortese and his bestest buddies at the sun then.

My first thoughts. Usually when Sibley bigs it up it's ****.

Where's that from?

This is pretty much our strongest team.

You're sh*t.

This is a thread, not a private message. HTH

They must be keen to sell if they're coming to us.

I'd imagine he'd play as one of the wide men in the '3' of the 4-2-3-1.

It's called progression.

Also heard that he wanted out in the summer.

Saw a couple in the Chapel about 3 blocks apart and someone waggling a tissue.

Move the ball forward quickly seems to be his style.

Was very good second half today.

If they change the rules so that you're allowed to throw goal kicks he'll be the complete package.

Ah cool, will try and watch that later. Atmosphere in the pub isn't as negative as expected.

What's he saying?

Starting and captain.

I'm all for positivity but the club deserves a certain amount of stick. This and the media ban is silly.

I will be pointing and laughing at anyone who waves a hanky.

Nooooooo! It's the start of the Saints apocolypse!!
