Basically the way I see it, but lallana isnt a CM, and that would be where he gets in, nevertheless he should be around the team. The wide men would be Sturridge and Welbeck and rightly so. Clyne is very good, should be in the squad, walker is off the boil, johnson is ok but Clyne has both sides of his game pretty much sown up right now. Lambert is the best of the rest, looked good today.

Whilst I do agree, it falls back to the situation that is, 'yes you have a point, but what do we do about it?' Id say the latest policy is making the best if a bad situation and in essance cutting down the number of uni joinrs will eventually raise the profile of degrees again and then will allow return on investment to a graduate. That said, should someone want to be say a lawyer, and has the aptitude to do so I would say its still worth the so called 'debt', the repayments really arent very prohibitive.

The thing is you need to look at the root cause, for instance the fact many cannot get jobs with their shiney new degrees is because of the massive levels of take up and rediculous amounts of useless courses that are being sat. Ultimately this completely devalues the degree. I think it needs to go back to being the elitest establishment that it is supposed to be. Tuition fees are far from the crippling debt many make out anyway and much more a cheap loan on reasonable terms that Id say rarely are paid back in full. The majority of 'debt' is probably accounted for from boozing it up anyway and Im not really going to argue tgat point as realistically I was the same. Personally Id like to see universities being more linked in industry, I am degree educated but it was funded by my company whilst learning on the job. This sort of scheme effectively creates a better employee imo anyway.

Exactly, I never understood the arguement about tuition fees, it was used as a stick to beat the tories by those that required more of one and seemingly upset an entire generation who no doubt wanted to continue to ride an easy system and avoid doing something meaningful and all in all contribute to society (no doubt all the time conplaining about johnny foreigners offering nothing) Then it was said that the university process now made it elitest... Um.. Isnt that the point or is that just me ? As per brand, he is obviously an intelligent chap who does make very valid points from time to time however I wonder if his foray into politics is utterly useless. Sometimes I listen and wonder if his (no doubt brilliantly vibrant) articulation is effectively just to gloss over the fact he makes very dilute points and offers no solution or even any real description, is it just to attempt to confuse the layman ? Yes the 'race card' is often used far too easily for my liking as an excuse for certain misdemeanors and often even just because someone feels wronged. But in this case he has a right to be upset. Im no top accountant, I do a bit of financial management with my job but Im no financial wizard. I do know that SSE a company worth billions does not use its own funds but does everything via loans etc Now Im not entirely sure why this is but Im pretty sure there are 'financial' reasons behind it. So basically Im not worried too much, you dont get where Cortese was in the banking industry by being a numpty.

I sometimes sit there and wonder what job they are actually doing. I was offered moves into the senior management side but thankfully followed my engineering roots. So I am effectively at the same level but dont get half the aggro. Its probably more difficult not to dumb things down if Im honest, though I can go into science mode to prove a point.

Ive used annual leave, going forward and issues Thankfully I dont work in an office so dont have to worry about what some of the latest 'buzz words' are. Being on the engineering side and sitting with middle managers sometimes I have to ask what the '****' they are going on about.

Back up Keeper and perhaps a wide man. Other than that priority would be keeping hold of what we have got. Only a weirdo would want widespread replacements disturbing whats going on so far.
