Ive not looked but we must still be up there in the form table. This is typical Villa though, attacking wise they are very good, which is why they only play that way, from a talent point of view also they have it, but they are young, lack experience and so are v mentally fragile. There season has been up and down, they will get a win out of the blue and look v good and then follow it up with x amounts of losses. Still, if I were Wigan, Newcastle and even sunderland now I would be worried

They have all been fantastic signings, we dumped 12m on Ramirez (fwiw I still think it will end up worth it but he probably wasnt needed at the time) when we could have used that to grab almost 2 bentekes or 4 Michu's I am sure there are more like them out there, young and hungry, lets hope this year of scouting has upturned some gems

Dont get me wrong, I love both of those two, our midfield is so much better with them there. For me at any level it is noticeable having a midfielder that can break up play. What with the impending financial restrictions and Citys undoubted belief that to become champions again they need to spend it wouldnt surprise me if the fringe of Rodwell, Sinclair and Lescott leave be it free or on loan with subsidised wages. Id also take any of those three if we have the chance

Personally Id like us to sign A topclass CB to replace one of our current bunch A top class holding midfielder to replace Cork or Morgs A top class winger to replace Punch or Lallana A top class striker to replace Lambert Thus providing competition and improving the team
