I do agree racism is subjective, IMO for instance if there was just a single black guy in the room and someone used it discriptively, for instance 'the black guy' then that is not racist, misguided perhaps but racist no. When it id used aggressively and to insult however thats different, personally I think he was. Does that make him ravist as a whole ? Maybe not, but what he did was at the time racist, whether that is a reflection of his attitude in general I cannot judge, but just looking at a sungle incident then I think hr is guilty.

14 year course I would say 4 years at Uni Estimated annual salary at a job that actually is worth doing a degree for £50k 10 x £50k = 500k Id say thats not a bad deal TBH As apposed to Annual estimated salary of someone that coukdnt really be arsed and went to Uni as its the thing to do but actually did end up getting a job anyway, possibly about £20k 10x 20k = 200k You do the math, students do my head in

Well Im sort of not trying to eject this one from the best just yet so the bearsy method hasnt morphed to the smirker technique just yet. When you put it that way though Bearsy I can see the logic, any port in a storm n all that, I spose that port isnt too shabby and yeah could accomodate the old tug boat.
