This There is reading what i wrote and reading what you want to read, You have unfortunately fallen into the latter category. I am not all over slagging off our season, i understand that we have had a lot of disruption etc and we are where we are. Adkins is giving it a barnstorming effort aswell. I am only saying as Adrian has put it that compared to other teams with the money we have spent and the team we should have on the pitch i thoroughly expect us to be performing a hell of a lot better even if we had ronald McDonald in charge FFS. IMO Pardew should have achieved the playoffs last season with the team we had and i said that from the start of the season, let alone when we got so close but f*cked it up towards the end. This season having spent and improved even more than last year (i don't care how much people over-rate Antonio the team this year is far stronger if everyone was on form) we should be the front runners. And yes, we are keeping up with the top teams but it is more that they have all gone through large purple patches, as have we, but all i am saying is that if they sprinted ahead as they did last year we would be miles off by now. And thats not good enough.

You want to be careful however as if you are honest you will probably be able to come to some sort of arrangement, however if say a year goes past and they then catch up with you its pretty obvious that you knew you were not paying any electricity and they will probably be in no mood to haggle. So you are likely to be paying off a large bill for some time. On a plus note, you are under no obligation to pay off the debt in one and will not incrue interest and so you can pay it off at a minimum of £5 a week interest free.

To save from getting a nasty visit from the debt collection team of which will probably be asking questions and will always assume that you knew that the electric meter was faulty i would phone up the billing company and explain to them that you have realised your meter is not registering any load at the property. There is no 'i didn't know it wasn't working arguement' as essentially you have still used the electricity and still owe for the electricity usage. You can't really be blamed if it is paid by direct debit as most people never check the meter unless they are key meters or there is a problem. Now that you 'know' that the meter is faulty i would phone the company and tell them the problem. They will send someone around to investigate and they will also probably make an estimate of how much you owe dependent on how much your last few months (paid months) have cost. For instance if your last quarterly bill was £400 for example you will incrue a debt of that amount. Yeah Kelv is worrying TBH. Don't get me wrong, he seems a top bloke and a great shot stopper, but it is Paul Jones all over again. What i mean by that is that i am pretty confident he will save most snap shots etc, however he is not very vocal and so doesn't organise very well, he often flaps at high balls and crosses and his play on the ground is poor. For a team like us that seem like they are concentrating on playing football you need a player with decent distribution. The defence in front of him don't seem to trust him IMO and i don't think Adkins does either. Its just a hunch, if not January i reckon it definately will be next year.

We need a striker, a midfielder and perhaps another winger if Punch is off. Then i will be happy. Of course, any signing anywhere that massively improves the team will be greatfully recieved. I reckon we might see a new goalkeeper after Xmas

Nor am i, and TBH if you offered me the cash to get it sorted i would take it, but not everyone would, i would however be pretty f*cked off if someone hit my car door with theres, it really isn't hard to be careful, if you have to put your hand on the outside of the door. And yeah i have made mistakes, and been stung for them at times. Just saying you can't really moan too much for doing something that is easily avoidable.

If i spill your pint by being careless you are within rights to give it a go. Its not hard to be careful when opening the car door, unless you are a white van man of course.

I must be wrong then, i was pretty sure it was the case. I suppose it depends on where Edit - Just looked it up, apparantly the law has changed, it used to be as above however now you are obliged to give information if the car park is freely accessible to everyone but you do not if it has a lockable gate apparantly.

Not in a private car park, you are under no legal requirements to exchange details. But for about a 5er you can get his address details from the DVLA if you get his reg.
