Unfortunately its not all about assists or goals, i think when he plays he does start a lot of attacks and is a good link between the defence and attack however i agree when he plays we miss that hassling and destructive midfielder that we get in Chaplow. It is a shame, if we can keep him i definately would however i don't think he fits the system and i reckon he wants out. As for the French team, i have seen him play and he looks a completely different player.

can i enter at Crimbo ?? I have officially decided to postpone by purchase so that some b*stard feels good buying it for me !! -
I am sort of with you, in respect that i am not sure where he would fit in within a standard line up. He is good defensively, and good in a more advanced role IMO but doesn't really excite in either. He doesn't have the energy to really push box to box and is not aggressive enough to really hold in a deep position. What he does to however is set the tone and orchestrate the team. As i said, IMO he doesn't fit our system, this doesn't make him a bad player, but does make you wonder if it is worth accepting a decent offer and buying a player that does fit it. Benji as for vision, yeah, i am serious. Some times it is very subtle, but his passing is sublime, and no, its not all about playing the long cross field ball that is fantastic when it comes off BTW. He notices movement around him, often outside his field of vision, which IMO is the sign of a good player who can settle on the ball and look around.

Whats everyones thoughts on him ?? I know some rate him highly and some do not. The way i see it, is that Schneiderlin is one of the most technically gifted members of the squad, his passing and subtle touches are streets ahead than 95% of the rest of league one and IMO he is also up there with the better players in the championship. But you have to watch him, and understand his subtleties, if i was lucky enough to grace a pitch with him in attacking positions i would be living a dream. His vision is outstanding and far exceeds pretty much every saints player i have seen easily within the last 3-4 years so far. If anyone he reminds me of Anders. Some may laugh at that, my some may see my point as in my mind Anders was another player, who was better than what we had but woefully played out of position. The boy has something, his passing, even watching the highlights of midweek is second to none, his movement into space, his ghosting into space, making space, finding passes. He is better than the team we have now, the problem comes into fitting him in. It is clear to me now, especially under Adkins that he does not fit the system. 4-5-1 suited him as it allowed a player in front of him, a player helping him shield and allowed him to pick the passes out and set the tempo. In 4-4-2 he cannot orchestrate as well as he is able as his other midfielder bombs on leaving him to try to defend as well as dictate play. Which leaves a bit of a dilemma, do we find space for him ?? Do we change the favoured (and probably working) formation ? Do we sell ?? I don't know, personally i don't want to lose a player of his quality, and i honestly think he will be a top level player in some league in the near(ish) future. But looking at the way we are playing i don't think he suits the squad. Is he a bad player ? No far from it, but he doesn't fit for me any more, and there is a difference there. I just wondered really what other peoples views on the whole situation are.

Fair enough. Always found you to be pretty fair, so i am not going to start questioning you. That would also be my thought TBF. And although i have pretty strong opinions that i defend, i don't get the whole people being banned malarky. Still, leftie was a bit of a bellend.
-
I honestly don't know, i can't see anyone pulling away and looking like real contenders.
-
Never thought you would get promoted, but then i never thought you would get relegated either (this season) Still, should be interesting next season, us, you, Brighton, Reading.

Campaigning for what ?? Allowing your brother to use my hard earned tax money to spend on a media studies no mark degree ?? (and i speak as a graduate BTW)
-
So basically, you know exactly why ?? TBH i wondered how long until he got the big ban, the club can't be too happy with all the secrets being aired in public.

No way, i have been very very impressed with Dickson, he is quick, a competent defender, loads and loads of energy and has a cracking cross.

It won't snow this weekend, but i reckon we will see some by perhap monday, expect some power outages monday onwards by the looks of it.

I think you'll find she brags more about dating me than i do of her.

Mills is a decent player and probably will be a decent player for a little while, Dickson i think can easily make the step up and still impress in the NPC. I don't think Mills is as good as Dickson and in my eyes does not possess the same energy as Dickson brings to the team, which on top of that he seems a competent defender and has a wicked cross on him. The fact that Adkins managed him at Scunny for me only means that he is the best possible person to make an assessment on his ability compared to Harding and Dickson. If it were me, and we signed perhaps another winger i would allow Mills to move on, he has served the club, we have paid his wages, let him go and get competetive football, perhaps with a sell on clause just in case he reaches a decent level.

I know, its just sickening to see my team sink so low As for the bench midfield spot, i'd like to see young Harlee Dean, i have heard decent things about him. -
I'd wait until january if i were you before going off on one. Still, in your world it is obviously more prudent to loan a player who won't get into the team just to prove a point eh ?
-
Because Dickson is the best Left back at the club, his last couple of games he has proven that.

The problems between Pardew and Cortese was less than helpful but losing Pardew was a plus. Happy with the team, happy with the manager and happy with the progress since Wilkins. Still a little dissapointed with our position but very glad that the top teams have also stumbled along this season. We have a lot to prove what with our squad, the money we have spent and the early season (and current i believe) favourites tag. We really should be playing better and making statements by now. C+ Cannot forgive the start if term but can understand why minds were elsewhere, starting to get the heads in order and progressing nicely.

It will be Brighton Vs Charlton Thats my bet anyways

I notice Leftback has disappeared... Anyways. Davis Frazier Jaidi Martin Dickson Lallana Hammond Gobern Holmes Connolly Lambert I reckon Hopefully we don't pick up any injuries/suspensions. I couldn't really care much for the FA Cup this season, as much as i would love us to go far, i can't stand this poxy league. And yeah, thats a bit arrogant, but i don't care, this league is sh*t. -
Lol, Some of them earn half decent money for the work, though they do long hours for it Penner road ??
-
You were down in the call center then ?? I am operational, but have been to the old place, and the new place, very nice.
-
Only been there for about 3 years now, depends where you worked i suppose !!!
-
Me too, but they have dropped significantly over the past 3 years or so

The recent meter readings are on a central database, if it is a new electronic meter then they send a report of the recent readings to a computer that is accessible by anyone who wishes to see what has been happening at that address, for instance it will tell you who has lived there and how much debt etc, what supply they had for the last few years. What is more is the engineer coming out will take a final reading, the engineer will probably just take the meter off and go to the next job without much thought but the lack of kWh used will stick out and you will be charged for the lack of usage anyway. You can try it, it may work, but it may not.

I am a bit underwhelmed but TBH Adkins said he was looking and i believe him, which in my eyes is a good thing. The thing to remember is we have decent players here ATM and there is no point loaning someone that is not going to compete or improve the squad. If we havn't found anyone good enough then so be it.
