The development has nothing to do with funds either, or it wasn't. I always worry about the Liebherrs upping and moving on aswell but i think we are ok. We will spend in Jan IMO and keep our best players.

Well you seem to believe there were other issues behind the whole saga, i would be interested to know your take on it. I KNOW of 100% reasons why the build cannot currently go ahead and i know of this as fact. Also through dealings i am aware that the contract broke down over terms which i believe are standard more or less but obviously didn't sit too well with one set or another.

They are pretty much standard terms within which most contractors carrying out a large job with a schedule and deadline would accept.

Work has had a few set backs, it isn't going ahead at the moment but i think it may be re-commencing soon. There was issues with the builders at the time that didn't accept the terms put forward by Cortese, these terms were pretty reasonable but they couldn't come to an agreement. There are other issues that are directly effecting the build and they should be ironed out soon.
